Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I’m a Windows technical expert. I’ll be happy to help you out today.
I assume you have a headset connected. Device ID 0951 16A4 is specific to Kingston HyperX Audio: https://devicehunt.com/view/type/usb/vendor/0951
I assume if you look in the device manager or msinfo32.exe under problem devices it will indicate that device could not be started. See if the following firmware update applies to you: https://www.hyperxgaming.com/unitedstates/en/su.
There is also a rather long discussion about the issue here from last year: https://www.reddit.com/r/HyperX/comments/adgo7a.

AnswersAccording to your description, I suggest that we could try boot in Clean Boot to avoid the effects of third party software. Please refer to the link below. If the issue still insists, I suggest that we could check the DMP files as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash. Hope it will be helpful to you Please mark the reply as an answer if you find it is helpful. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact tnmff@microsoft.com
All repliesIf this only happens with one USB-memory, I would say that there is something wrong with it, so I would buy a new one or find another one to test with. It could also be that the driver for USB has become corrupted, so I would also try to uninstall the USB-driver and re-install it. This can be done from the device manager on the client. Press the Win key and type «device manager» -> Press «Enter» From the device manager, right click the devices under «Universal Serial Bus controllers» and chose uninstall. You mouse and keyboard will stop functioning, but the drivers will be installed once again after a reboot.
