3dmark не устанавливается windows 10

как установить 3ds max на Windows 10?

кто что знает? помогите

вылетает при запуске, в логах ‘LICENSING ERROR’

3DMark refuses to start up on Windows 10 I have tried this so far..

Uninstalled / Reinstalled FutureMark SystemInfo (heard this could be a cause so I did this) both manually via download on site and through steam.

I tried deleting it and reinstalling 3DMark completely and it still refuses to start up whatsoever.

I have tried playing games such as Batman Arkham Knight, Witcher 3, and even ran the Valley Benchmark and they all seem to run fine. (I even tried older games such as Fallout 3 and it works fine) but 3DMark seems to be the only program I am having issues with Windows 10 so far.

It worked fine when I tried the Preview Builds before, but it seems to have become broken during the full release of Windows 10.

Similar here. Short cmd window, a second of nothing and then the store page for 3Dmark opens. The log shows no error.

Same here, i get the «cant open X log at C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\3Dmark\Logs\xxxxx.log.

EDIT: it seems to be based on how windows 10 handles a local account vs email account. Both arma 3 and 3Dmark work after switching to a WIN10 Local based account instead of an email based login.

Same here, i get the «cant open X log at C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\3Dmark\Logs\xxxxx.log.

I just installed 3DMark provided by the support over at 3DMark and it has the same issue (non-steam 3DMark) so I am unsure on what to do. They suggested uninstalled .NET and reinstalling, but I can’t seem to do that.

You’re able to disable .NET but not fully uninstall it on Windows 10 so it makes it impossible to reinstall to potentially fix issues if the current install is corrupted in some way.

That error is strange. Have you moved user folder somewhere or. If you go to your Documents folder, is there a 3DMark folder there?

If there is, can you completely remove the 3DMark folder and try restarting 3DMark?

Also can you say how did you get your Windows 10 — is this an upgrade from windows 7 or 8.1, or a fresh install, or an upgrade from older preview version where it worked? Also have you at some point switched from «Local Account» (the type that was used in Windows 7) to a email-based account?

Having same issue — after instaling Windows 10 3Dmark no longer works.

After running the application nothing happens — Any advice?

I have re-installed and validated it and still nothing.

@FM_Jarnis, here’s the full error text:

I upgraded from Win7 to Win10. This was not a clean/wipe install but the ‘normal’ upgrade routine offered through the W10 app. 3DMark worked fine before the upgrade, and has been giving these errors since. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3DMark to no avail.

Part of the W10 process invites you to log into your Microsoft account, which I have. It’s entirely likely I moved from a local account to something broader (when I change the background/wallpaper on my laptop it changes on my desktop too); so it’s probably something right along those permission/owner lines. 3DM may just have to handle logging a little differently, if that’s the issue.

When I go to my documents folder, there is indeed a 3DMark and 3DMark11 folder within (same path as above). Nothing in there has been modified (according to the date stamps) since the last time I successfully ran 3DM. Interesting that those folders weren’t deleted when I uninstalled. I’d delete them and try uninstalling/resintalling again to see if that fixes the issue, but I’ll just hold for a response here.
