Драйвер для видеокарты ATI Mobility Radeon X2300.
Перед инсталляцией программного обеспечения (ПО) рекомендуется установить все актуальные обновления для операционной системы (ОС).
Официальной поддержки ОС выпущенных после Windows Vista нет. Однако существуют модифицированные версии драйверов, которые снимают это ограничение.
Данная страница загрузки содержит следующее ПО:
- модифицированный драйвер версии 13.5 (Beta) для 32-х и 64-х битных ОС Windows 8/7.
Совместимость с Windows 10 не подтверждена, но возможна.

Перед установкой необходимо отключить обязательную проверку подписи драйверов.
— Для Windows 7 — нажмите клавишу F8 при загрузке системы.
— Для Windows 8 — вызовите меню настроек (сочетание клавиш Win + I). Выберите «Изменение параметров компьютера». Затем в пункте «Обновление и восстановление» укажите «Восстановление». В разделе «Особые варианты загрузки» нажмите «Перезагрузить сейчас». После перезагрузки выберите пункт Диагностика, Дополнительные параметры, Параметры загрузки и нажмите «Перезагрузить». В появившемся меню клавишами F1-F9 нужно выбрать пункт «Отключить обязательную проверку подписи драйверов» (обычно это клавиша F7).
Альтернатива версии 13.5.
В редких случаях может потребоваться установка вручную.

my other laptop same model same operating system 64bit but different onboard graphics card installed windows 10 ok so question is this a driver problem with the on board ATI graphics card driver. Asus has not released a driver update for this onboard card I can run 8.1 but not windows 10 ?

Your problem with the ATI Mobility X2300 is already known in other forums,
many users failed to update due directly to the incompatibility of this graphics card from Windows 7/8 / 8.1.
You should try to download the tool from Microsoft, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
select the version that corresponds to «Windows 10» and run the setup.exe from there!
SOLUTION with generic Windows driver detect screen resolution ATI Mobility X2300
Personally «NOT RECOMMEND» any application or web-based third party that supposedly detect the «hardware» for your «pc»
take you to another «unknown» server and download the appropriate driver for your computer.

The problem is the upgrade itself.
The «solution» with the Fujitsu driver — and probably any other driver from a possibly questionable source — requires that the upgrade to Win10 is already done.
The upgrade just does not start at all, even when using the upgrade tool. When trying to upgrade, you get only the message already quoted by the thread starter:

I use a HP Compaq 6910p with ATI Mobil Radeon X2300 running on Win7. Whether a) the Ati driver is completely uninstalled (so there is only a generic VGA driver), or b) the normal Ati driver or c) the Fujitsu driver is installed: The upgrade to Win10 always refuses to start.
