Qualcomm Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter with Windows 10
I am using a Toshiba Satellite computer with the above onboard wifi card. I updated the computer from Windows 8.1 by formatting the HD and installing 10 cleanly. Once it was all updated, I installed the most recent driver listed as compatible with windows 10 in the windows compatibility center. The adapter will connect to a wife network, but the speed is ultra slow. From other laptops in the house I am getting around 75mb upload speed, from this laptop, I top out around 2mb. Before installing 10, this laptop would achieve very high speeds, I never checked the actual speed, but it was as fast as the other computers in the house.
I’ve connected a Ethernet cable and get around 75mb upload speeds, so the only issue I can see is with the wireless card.

First of all, I would suggest you to install all the latest updates released by Microsoft from Windows Updates and check if that helps or not. And to update your drivers, please follow the steps and let us know if it helps fixing the issue or not:
Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.
- Click on Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, locate Network adapters and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
- Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.
If there are other drivers showing with exclamation mark, update them using the same steps from above.

I just checked the updates and my computer is up to date.
Checked the driver and it has the most recent version dated 8/15/2013 which is the one recommended in the compatibility center.
I still have very low speed.

Have a similar problem with my QOSIMO except to wireless. Gives me ERROR SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NO HANDLED athwbx.sys.

I would suggest you to follow these methods below to fix your issue.
Method 1:
Uninstall and reinstall the wireless Network Adaptors driver and check, if it works. Refer to the following steps to uninstall the wireless Network Adaptors driver from the Device Manager.
a. Click on Windows key + X and then, select Device Manager.
b. Locate and expand “Network Adaptors driver” in the Device Manager Window.
c. Right-click on the “Network Adaptors driver” and click on “uninstall» to uninstall wireless Network Adaptors driver .
d. Restart the computer and check, if it works.
If the issue still persists, follow the Method 2.
Method 2:
I would also suggest you to reinstall the latest wireless Network Adaptors driver in compatibility mode and check, if it works.
Follow these steps to install the wireless Network Adaptors driver in compatibility mode.
1. Download the latest wireless Network Adaptors driver from the manufacturer’s website.
2. Right-click on the setup file and click on «Properties».
3. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box «Run this program in compatibility mode” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
4. Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
