Avaya site administration windows 10

I’ve never had any trouble installing Site Admin (version 6) on any Windows 10 machine in the past but I’m having trouble getting it to install on my new laptop, which is actually just an exact replacement for my previous laptop that had some other issues and it was swapped out. Same model and specs. I keep seeing the error in the screenshot below. Any ideas?

I’ve already tried running the installer with admin privileges, running in compatibility mode for XP, Vista, Win 7, etc. Nothing seems to work. Same error any time I try to install it.

Update on this (apparently there’s not much action on this forum but I’ll post it anyway for anyone that comes later with the same problem).

I was able to install ASA v6 on my home PC which is running the latest version of Windows 10 Home edition (version 1703). No problems at all. However, it will not install on my Windows 10 Enterprise version laptop. It DID install fine on Windows 10 Enterprise prior to version 1607. I believe that was version 1511.

I’m assuming once version 1703 is available for Windows 10 Enterprise I can install it again on my work laptop. Currently it seems version 1703 is not available for Windows 10 Enterprise.

Windows 10 Home edition — Works fine with Avaya Site Admin:
