The next person I met was gentleman by the name of “Jose” who came to my home to verify the measurements that Brent had taken. Again, he was on time and his customer service was top shelf. Last but certainly not least was my installer “Jacob.” If there’s one word that describes Jacob it would be “perfectionist.” He was on time and professional. He made sure he prepped the areas he would be working in as not to damage or make a mess. He is extremely meticulous and looks at every detail of the install. This is the guy I want coming to my house for all my installs because I know it’s going to get done right. He treated my home and this install as if he were doing something for his own family.
