You can consider restoring your default font settings by following these steps:

1. Right-click the Start icon, then select Control Panel.
2. Choose the Large icons option from the View by drop down list found on the upper-right part of the Control Panel window.
3. Locate and select Fonts, then click Font settings from the left pane.
4. Click Restore default font settings. You can also un-check the Hide fonts based on language settings to show fonts that are not designed for your input language settings.
