What we appreciated most was the fact that we were kept in the loop throughout, a rarity in our experience where it is the norm to simply not show up when promised. Big L’s technicians showed up on time, and we were always notified and/or consulted when there was a change in schedule (in our case, this was necessitated at the end of the project by an unforeseen structural problem) to keep us updated and to keep disruption in our lives to a minimum. The staff members were a well orchestrated, functioning team, all to our benefit.
