Windows Bluetooth Server driver for Windows 7 64bits

I have a Dell E7440 and I bought a bluetooth headsets Sony SBH60. It never worked fine. The devvice is recognized but there always a problem with peripheral device driver or the Bluetooth server driver. I´ve already downloaded the laptop BT drivers and reeintalled but it keeps the same problem. has anyone had the same problem?

My mobile also cannot see the laptop.

To resolve the issue with your Bluetooth device, we recommend setting your computer for an automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware. You may check this link, to ensure all of your drivers are all up-to-date.

Since, you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the driver of your Bluetooth device. We suggest trying this option again. This time, you have to click the scan for hardware changes. You may follow the steps below:

1. Launch your Device Manager.
2. Click your Bluetooth driver.
3. Right-click and select properties.
4. Click Driver.
5. Click the Uninstall button.
6. Click OK.
7. Now, you may click the Scan for any hardware changes. Check the image below:
8. Reinstall the driver again.
9. Click Scan for the hardware changes.

How to install

Download the file to a folder on your PC.

Uninstall current version of Intel Wireless Bluetooth.

laws of California, excluding its principles of conflict of laws and the

United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. You may not

export the Software in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.

Intel is not obligated under any other agreements unless they are in writing

and signed by an authorized representative of Intel.

GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. The Software is provided with «RESTRICTED

RIGHTS.» Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to

restrictions as set forth in FAR52.227-14 and DFAR252.227-7013 et seq. or its

successor. Use of the Software by the Government constitutes acknowledgment
