bluetooth device doesn’t show in file explorer
I have a LG G3 phone that appeared in File explorer as a Bluetooth device in Windows 8.1 In Win 10 it doesn’t appear in file explorer. I can’t find a setting that will make it appear. I was able to drag and drop files from the phone to the computer before. Now I must use the Bluetooth file transfer that existed in Win 7. A step back words.
Any help is appreciated on how to get it to appear.

1) Yes, I can see the Bluetooth Icon on the taskbar and notification area. I can view the LG G3 in the settings and control panel windows. If I click on Bluetooth menu, I can send or receive files from the phone to the computer.
2) Yes the device is connected through Bluetooth to the computer and works as stated above.
3) The computer is a Dell Insprion 76— it has 16 GB RAM, an i7 processor and is fully up to date.
When I had Win 8.1 installed the LG G3 appeared in the File Explored and still does on my Lenovo Thinkpad that has Win 8.1 This was a very handy feature in that you could drag and drop files from the phone to the computer. I used it a lot to move images from the phone as I teach Android phone classes and capture a lot of screen images. I then incorporate them into presentations.
