Bose quietcomfort 35 ii драйвер windows 10

Bose quietcomfort 35 ii драйвер windows 10

My head phones were working fine untill about 3 weeks ago. I’m sure that a windows update probably broke them but whou `know which one did it. I say that because I also have some Sony BT headphones and they won’t connect either. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft this morning and their solution was to get in touch with Bose and get updated drivers. I have the current drivers acording to what I see when I attempt to update the driver. How do I contact Bose to report this issue OR has anyone had this problem and solved it?

I am Curently on version 1709 Build 16299.19 (the fall creator update)

Thanks for your help

Thanks for your posts and sorry to hear about these issues. The firmware version 1.3.4 is the up-to-date version.

There are several things we can try to resolve the issues you’ve reported:

1. Clear the pairing list in QC35 headphones

— Turn the headset on
— Slide and hold the power switch to the right to the Bluetooth symbol for 10 seconds or until you hear «Bluetooth device list cleared».

The headset will then revert to discoverable mode, allowing for the pairing of another Bluetooth device.

2. Please remove QC35s from your phone’s paired devices list. Please refer to the manufacturer of the phone if you need help with this.

3. Have you tried using a second device, e.g. one from a family member or friend, to see if you can connect with a second device? If you can, then the issue appears to be with your Windows device.

4. You could try resetting the QC35s, as follows:

— Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds
— Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on)

— Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute
Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

Let me know if the above steps don’t help.

I’m in the exact same position. I cleared everything from all devices and then tried to pair a Jabra with my windows machine with no issue at all. The QC35 will not pair, however.

A couple things to note:

  • When I plug my headset in via USB, windows detects «Bose QuietComfort 35» then tells me it’s setting it up, and then it’s ready to go. It is unusable in any context, however.
  • If I click on the bluetooth icon in the windows tray and attempt to add my headset through this area, windows will say it is paired, but the headset does not confirm and does not show in the hardware list nor is available as a sound output. I’ve restarted many times with no luck.
  • Through suggestion of other people on this forum, I tried going to ‘Devices and Printers’ and adding my headset this way. When I click to add the device, two show up: «Bose QuietComfort 35» and «LE-Bose QuietComfort 35» — Neither will pair here. It just says «That didn’t work.
  • My headset pairs fine with my cellphone
  • My headset pairs fine with my other laptop, however that computer is running Win10 1703 (the one I cannot pair with is 1709) which makes me think another firmware update is needed? My headset right now says it has the latest firmware (1.3.4).

Windows 10 + BOSE Quietcomfort 35 — do not work

I got new BOSE Quietcomfort 35

I managed to connect it via BT to my DELL computer. I can see two drivers under Device Manager

However under Sound Manager I do not see it at all:

I’m sure that there is a way to setup and use them as headset or headphones. I do not know what more I can do to get it installed?

After realising that the phone version confirmed the name of the phone when my connection was 100% paired, I thought that there might be another setting I needed to review

When the QC35 went to the pairing process and I clicked pair on the PC the headphones read back the name of the PC and then the QC 35 was visible as an audio device

I hope this helps because there is a very frustrating lack of documentation for this combination of PC and Bose

Here is an easy fix that worked for me.

1. First you need to add the device doing Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> add device. If you already did this and don’t see the headphones under Sound Manager, uninstall the drivers, restart your pc and try again.

2. Still in Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound, click on Devices and Printers, right-click on the headphones icon, go to Properties and the to «services» tab, wait for the list to get updated and deactivate «Handsfree Telephony».

3. Restart your PC.

I hope that work for you too 😉

My new Bose QuietComfort 35 Headset shows as Disconnected in both the Playback and Recording tabs of the Sound applet:

Here’s what I have in the Manage Bluetooth devices applet:

I have the Bose QuietComfort 35 showing in the Control Panel «Devices» list,

and LE-Bose QuietComfort 35 showing in the «Unspecified» list.

I honestly don’t know what that means. No matter how many times I start over, this is how it ends up.

Then I have the following showing in the Device Manager:

I have updated the Headphone/headset software to the latest version just a little over an hour ago.

I have tried removing and re-pairing half a dozen times.

My Dell Precision 5520 Laptop has all of the latest versions of the firmware for everything installed.

Everything works perfectly fine on my iPhone with no issues.

I have seen another person had a very similar issue, but they never actually solved the problem:

. they just bought an external bluetooth peripheral to work-around the issue.

I’ve spent hours going in circles and no progress.

Problem solved by Upgrading to Windows 10 Build 1703. Once I did that, I was able to use the microphone. I confirmed that my co-worker was able to resolve the same problem with the same solution.

I am having the very same issues as you are, and have tried DOZENS of times, including deleting all BlueTooth drivers from the Windows 10 device manager and reinstalling them. On a very few occasions, it suddenly paired and worked. Sound was awesome. Then in about 20 minutes, it would disconnect on its own, and, no matter what I tried, it would never reconnect. I also did the Bose firmware update.I am VERY frustrated by this.

I am also VERY frustrated by the total lack of involvement by the Bose tech people in these formus. Nice way to keep customers!

Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad X260, running Windows 10 and LinuxMint 18.2

Also: On Linux, though it shows up, it is impossible to pair. Works fine connecting to my LG5 cell phone.

Now it shows up and asks for a PIN number! This is not mentioned any where in the manuals. I tried «0000» (four zeros),and it worked. Let us see how long.

Hello again. After dozens of attempts, and repeated removal and reinstallationof the drivers, I finally have it working properly. And yes: I am VERY frustrated that NOBODY from Bose takes time to answer our questions. A great product with lousy customer service.

I am posting anyway, in the hope that somebody else may be assisted in fixing this problem.

Here is my latest update: I followed every idea from this youtube video, and it is finally fixed!

Have an awesome, blessed day.

And after several weeks of working great, it is back to where we first started. After going through the entire process of removing and reinstalling Bluetooth drivers, etc., on the fourth or fifth try, it will finally connect and work great for around 12 minutes. Again: Lenovo X260 on Windows 10. With this same machine on LinuxMint 18.2, it sees the QC35, but never connects.

On my Samsung Galaxy 8+ phone, it works fine. No disconnects.

On my Lenovo All-In-One desktop in Windows, connection is sporadic, but not as bad as my Lenovo X260 laptop. On the All-In-One in LinuxMint 18.2, it connects and stays connected, but sound quality is awefull.

Now, I am no expert, but as a user, I am coming to the conclusion that there imay be a two-fold problem here:

1. The Bose Windows 10 drivers (My wife’s JBL T450BT and daughter’s Skullcandy Ink’d work fine)

2. The firmware in the headphones themselves. (Yes: Updated tothe latest)
