под Windows 10 — XP / 2012 — 2000 (32/64-bit) и Mac OS X 10.15 — 10.10 на русском и английском языках.

Нельзя устанавливать новый драйвер поверх старого, чаще всего он тогда плохо работает. Удалите предыдущую версию, используя предназначенную для этого программу.

I had the upgrade from Windows & to Windows 10 and now my all-in-one Brother MFC7360N is not working anymore.

Does someone have a suggestion to get it working again.

Method 1: Run the Printer Troubleshooter

Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar.

On the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane.

Click on “Printer”.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Check if you are able to scan. If not, try the next method.

Step 3: Install the latest drivers for the device.

a. Double click on the driver setup file that you have downloaded from the Kodak Download website.

b.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

c. Restart the computer.

Now try to scan and check if it worked.
