Hello everyone, and today I will be a making a tutorial on how to fix Windows 10 crashes! A patch has finally been made, by a well-known GTA modder and patcher named Silent. It’s very easy process and does not take long at all.
I’ve tried this patch out and works efficiently and is great! I played for hours on end and did not have a single crash!
1.)
Go to this website, this is where you download the patch:
Click on »SilentPatchBully.zip under Build 3, and download the patch. Build 3 is the newest patch.

Locate your Bully directory. If you don’t know how, right click on Bully in your Steam Library. Then click properties. Click on the tab that says »Local Files.» Then, click on where it says »Browse Local Files.» Then you should be there!

Now, open up the Bully patch, then extract all the files from the SilentPatchBully.zip into your Bully directory. That’s all you have to do to install the patch!

4 (OPTIONAL)
If you don’t want to be locked at 30 fps, go find where it says SilentPatch.ini and click on it. It should open up as a notepad. Where it says FPSLimit=30, change the number from 30 to 60 and save (CTRL+S). If you want to uncap frames completely, change the number to 0, however there are many glitches involved and the game plays horribly at 0.
NOTE: Some missions may be affected by 60 fps, such as the Balls of Snow mission, if you are experiencing any weird softlocks or gameplay glitches set the number back to 30.

One most of easiest way to fix Bully
Just download the SilentPatchBully.zip . This Bulid is from CookiePLMonster
and you find 6 data.

Now Just port over the Files to:
C:\Where you have saved that—>\steamapps\common\Bully Scholarship Edition
and Beng, it’s Fixed.
At Least it did work for me, it’s can crash.
Uncap 30 FPS:
It’s not feels good (at least for a PC Player) to Play on 30 FPS and you can Fix this.
Just go to steamapps\common\Bully Scholarship Edition\SilentPatchBully.ini .
And set the FPS Limit from 30 to 60 or 0
It’s works for me and it can crash every time if you play it.

Go to bully.exe in the main folder — Properties — Combaitbility — windows xp service 3 and click adminstartor.And then go to properties on steam and go to launch options. type this in: -d3d10 And then go to the game and video settings and select 1600×1024 mode.try to run. 😀 hope it helped.

Thanks, I did it all and realy hope this will work. I’ve finished the first chapter before the crashes started and realy REALY started to like the game, it’s a shame that the PC port ruins it all

It is. I got this on the PS2 when it came out and it was amazing. So I would like to restart it all and hopefully mod it, I hope this helped! And I got through the first chapter today aswell haha! Have an awesome day 🙂
