Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box is no longer available and you cannot obtain its DLC anymore. This guide will serve as a historical reference explaining The Ultimate Box‘s DLC.

If you’re looking to play Burnout Paradise on PC, I highly recommend purchasing Burnout Paradise Remastered. It’s a visual upgrade to the original game and includes all of the game’s DLC. This is the first time Big Surf Island and Cops & Robbers are officially available on PC. You can regularly find Remastered on sale for USD$4.99, which is way cheaper than purchasing The Ultimate Box and its DLC back when they were available.

The Party DLC was the first DLC for Burnout Paradise which allows for a pass-the-controls group party in the game to complete challenges.

This DLC has been included with the PC versions of the game, so there’s nothing you need to do to unlock this DLC. Just go into the game and select «Start a Party»!

This section contains information on four DLC packs that are bundled together: Legendary Cars, Time Savers, Toy Cars, and Boost Specials. Together, they are collectively referred to on PC as the Bonus Vehicle Pack. This DLC is NO LONGER available for purchase. See below for more information.

As of August 2018, EA has taken down the DLC for purchase. You can no longer get any of the Bonus Vehicle Pack content. You could find it on Amazon for a few years, and then they enabled purchase of the pack in October 2015 for an extremely low price through Origin. Now that Burnout Paradise Remastered is out, it’s clear they’d rather people purchase Remastered since it comes with the full game and all of the DLC (except for the Time Savers).

If you hadn’t purchased the Bonus Vehicle Pack already, you can no longer access that content in The Ultimate Box.

Cops & Robbers is another DLC pack released for Burnout Paradise that added a new online multiplayer mode called. well, Cops & Robbers. It allows players to race using Cop cars and bust other players playing as the Robbers.

To this day, there is no method to unlock the Cops & Robbers DLC on the PC version of Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box. Modders have added the vehicles to the game (see Big Surf Island below), but the online mode itself will never be added to the PC version.

This is the big one: the Big Surf Island DLC pack. Similar to Cops & Robbers, this DLC was released exclusively for PS3 and Xbox 360. It is not officially available for The Ultimate Box.

From 2009–2014, a modder known as smilingfrog actively developed a Burnout Paradise PC mod called «Vanity Pack». Unlike illegal DLC unlockers, Vanity Pack did not unlock the other DLCs that were obtainable through the Bonus Vehicle Pack. It only added the Big Surf Island territory and the Cops & Robbers vehicles to the game, as well as other neat features.

Unfortunately, smilingfrog has not updated Vanity Pack since May 2014. On top of that, the website hosting Vanity Pack has gone up and down. As of December 2020, the website has been replaced by one of those default advertising sites, so I’m removing the link from here so I don’t link you guys to a scam website.

I used to recommend Vanity Pack, but now that the website is incredibly unstable and Remastered exists and has Big Surf Island, I can’t recommend Vanity Pack in good conscience anymore.
