3. Режим совместимости

Если вы получаете ошибку при запуске исполняемого .exe файла, то в большинстве случаев это связано с совместимостью Windows. Скорее всего приложение, которое вы запускаете устарело и не предназначено для новой версии Windows 10. Been having some problems with the google redirect virus that was impossible to get rid of as well as not being able to activate my firewall by anything the hours I’ve searched the internet had to offer

At the advice of someone in the forums I downloaded a program from the Microsoft site called Microsoft Safety Scanner to try and locate the source of the problem and let it scan then removed all of the infected items it found. When it had to restart I got past the windows logo screen and a blue screen flashed with the words in the title, then it restarted again and went to system repair. I waited for it to scan and got the following ‘problem details’:

Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline

Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385

Problem Signature 03: unknown

Problem Signature 04: 21200980

Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover

Problem Signature 06: 11

OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1

Every time I try boot the computer either in normal or safe mode, the startup repair comes up and says it cannot repair this computer automatically.

I downloaded AVG rescue as an attempt to fix because I did download AVG not too long ago and the same problem seems to have happened to people who downloaded a certain update that AVG apparently deleted immediately. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try so I did a virus scan and deleted all AVG files through it and still nothing.

I also have no system restore points as the virus has removed them, don’t have the Windows 7 installation disc as my laptop came with it installed and have tried SFC scan through command prompt which doesn’t work as it needs the system repair completed to run. The Last known Good configuration in advanced boot options does not work either.

I do not want to have to format or get rid of my files in any way unless there is some way I can back up all of my personal files to my external hard drive beforehand but I do not know how to do that with nothing available for me to open besides the recovery options.

Any help would be appreciated as this problem is stressing me out heaps.

I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

Unplug all external devices and check if the issue persists. Follow the steps in the link:

If the above step fails run check disk from winre mode follow the steps below:

Go to winre mode from the link:

a. Now select the last option “command prompt” recovery tool

b. At the command prompt type chkdsk /f and then press enter.

c. Now, type in chkdsk /r and then press enter.

Important: While performing chkdsk on the hard drive if any bad sectors are found on the hard drive when chkdsk tries to repair that sector if any data available on that might be lost

If the above step fails let us rebuild BCD store (Boot configuration data) and check if the issue persists. Follow the steps in the link and check if the issue persists:

I have done the first 2 steps (I didn’t have any external devices plugged in) and when I do the chkdsk for /f and /r, it say’s that the disks are NTFS and are locked.

I cannot do method 3 as I do not have a Windows 7 installation disc because my laptop came with Windows 7 installed and no disc was given.

My friend suggested using a program called miniPE to create a virtual environment where I could copy all of my personal files to my external hard drive and then format the hard drive completely. I burnt the iso file to a disc but it will not boot (with cd/dvd drive first in boot sequence).

Any other suggestions?

Well in the end, I had to download the Windows 7 recovery disc which by going to load drivers after selecting the OS, allowed me to copy all of my files to my external HD. I then downloaded the Windows 7 Installation disc and ran a clean install which has fixed the problem and has got my laptop working at full performance again.

I believe this is the only way to solve the problem I had, so hopefully this can help someone else as well. Microsoft is no help when it comes to people who bought laptops with their products pre-iinstalled.

I did see both of those while trying to fix the problem, I did the first one but the second one got a bit too technical for me.

As I said above, I have fixed the problem by reinstalling Windows 7 after downloading the recovery and installation discs and now my laptop is working properly again. All I had to do was copy my personal files to my External HD using the recovery disc.

Hey Tom. I’m having a fit with this. Can you tell me how you saved your files using the recovery disc? Did you have a recovery disc already or did you download from somewhere? I of course don’t have a recovery disc and I can’t do anything with my laptop.

I don’t know how this all happened. i do not have AVG, but I had problems a couple days in a row after the Microsoft updates. I did install Norton through my Comcast account. Ugh to all of this. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

First off, there may be another way to fix your problem if it is not exactly the same as mine, have you researched it over the internet as much as possible? I only ask because the only way I could fix mine was to completely wipe the C: Drive of everything and then reinstall the system files which is a last resort. All of the files on my D: Drive (second hard drive) where alright because I only had to choose C: Drive.

I have Windows 7 64-bit but make sure you download the relevant items for your Operating System or it probably won’t work.

You will need someone elses computer/laptop with a DVD drive for this as well as about 5GB of downloads to get the files you need.

I honestly don’t think AVG had anything to do with mine, it was just a virus that corrupted a system file and wasn’t getting picked up by any anti virus software. I would suggest getting Avast Antivirus when you can use your laptop again, I downloaded it straight away after formatting and it’s done me wonders so far.

I had to download the .iso file for a Windows 7 64-bit repair disc and then the Windows 7 64-bit installation disc seperately by looking for the torrents and using Utorrent which you might have to download. (I refuse to pay $200+ for the discs when my laptop came with the software preinstalled and they weren’t provided to me.)

You need to change the boot sequence in your BIOS settings so that the CD/DVD drive will boot first. (I had to press F2 as soon as I turned my laptop on but other laptops are different so you might have to google how to for yours.)

Then restart with the repair disc in the drive and when the option comes up go to ‘repair your computer’. Now you need to insert an external hard drive/USB stick if you have one big enough and wait for it to load up. A screen will show up asking you to select an OS, go to ‘Load Drivers’ down the bottom right and then an explorer window will come up. Now you just have to select the files you want to copy and put them on your external device. (It will not come up with a transfer window, it will just take a while depending on the size of files and may not look like it is doing anything at all. You just have to wait and be patient and when you see the files copied over then you can go back to copy more. It took up to an hour to copy some of my stuff.)

Once you have copied everything you want, turn off the computer and take out your external device, put the installation CD in and choose to ‘Clean Install’ the C: Drive when the option comes up.

I hope this helps, it is exactly what I had to do but yours may be different. Some people have had problems with the computer not picking up external devices. If that happens, I don’t know what to do sorry.
