Buona app da perfezionare.

Uso questa app su due telecamere fisse.
È una buona app ma si deve migliorare per ottenere le 5 stelle.
Bisogna :

1) ridurre la sensibilità del sensore di movimento perché troppo sensibile, genera falsi allarme.

2) introdurre le zone dove il sensore di movimento è attivo e dove no! Funzione molto importante!

3) dare la possibilità di visionare i filmati salvati alla velocità 2x e 3X

Con queste modifiche app da 5 stelle! Per favore fatele , grazie!

Ho acquistato un’altra telecamera motorizzata da interno della Prikim modello dome 720P ma il software di gestione della telecamera è diverso. Purtroppo questa app non riesce a collegarsi alla telecamera pur vedendola in rete. Se possibile ficcate la cosa al più presto. Thx

I use this app on two fixed cameras.
It’s a good app but you have to improve to get 5 stars.
Need :

1) reduce the sensitivity of the motion sensor because it is too sensitive, generates false alarm.

2) introduce the areas where the motion sensor is active and where not! Very important function!

3) give the possibility to view the movies saved at the 2x and 3X speed

With these 5-star app changes! Please do it, thank you!

Buona ma

Ho da poco questa app per gestire due telecamere esterne. La app è semplicissima e apparentemente ben funzionante, però ho un problema con l’audio della telecamera che sembra non funzionare e avendo due telecamere la visione non è unica con schermo diviso bensì singola e ogni volta per vedere l’una e l’altra devo uscire e rientrare. Farete aggiornamenti in merito?grazie.

Buona ma audio in ricezione ancora non va

L’ho installata da quasi 2 mesi. Di massima mi trovo bene, le notifiche e gli allarmi funzionano, forse il riconoscimento umanoide un po’ troppo sensibile ma si può regolare. Sul canale video mai nessun problema, su audio invece non funziona in ricezione su IPhone, mentre in uscita dalla app verso l’esterno della telecamera funziona. Prego voler risolvere il problema anche perché riscontro che da app non si sente l’audio nei file registrati. Grazie

Not working at all

I downloaded to use your app with my new CCTV camera, after a recommendation from a friend. I have had it for 3 days, it worked fine the first day, but the last two days every time I or my mother logs on it is a blank black screen. I unplugged and replugged in my CCTV camera and when I am in my home it works fine but when we are out it cuts out.

I have double and triple checked, the camera works fine and is connected to WIFI. I had this installed to keep an eye on my home while I am not there. It is making me very disappointed and I’m regretting getting this system for it to only work for a day. My friend who recommended this to me is also saying the same thing has happened to her although she’s had her system a lot longer. I wonder if it is the latest update?

Some features missing or not working

Searching for videos over the past week does not seem to work. I have several hundred recordings on my 128gb card but it only shows the last 12 hours?? Unless the camera has lost or erased them somehow! I seem to think it worked in a previous version though??
Good app for basic look at the SV3C HD camera, but the emailed snapshots which are sent are stored on the micro SD but not shown in the app. Neither are the auto snap images. Otherwise mostly does the job and human detection works extremely well. Wi-fi needed a little bit of trial and error with the aerial position but eventually got good strong signal. Could easily hard wire with Ethernet cable too. By the way, works fine with a 256gb micro SD, and also the browser interface is fine on Mac OS using Safari. Just needs the image storage and video search retrieval to be sorted and I’d give it 5 stars!
Please fix the bugs though!!

Good little set-up, but looking for replacement

I’ve been using the floureon camera and CamHi app for about 9 months now as a baby monitor. I’m pleased with the quality of the camera, the night vision and the app generally, however to use it how I use it requires my phone screen to be on and app open overnight. I have an echo show and would love for Alexa compatibility with this app — until then I am now looking at cameras and apps with that function, as everything else in my house connects with Alexa!

Please look at this, as it would make the whole setup pretty perfect — and it would save me looking for an alternative!
