Приложение Citrix Workspace — это новый клиент от Citrix, работающий аналогично Citrix Receiver. Оно полностью совместимо со всеми предыдущими версиями инфраструктуры Citrix в вашей организации. Приложение Citrix Workspace обладает всеми возможностями Citrix Receiver, а также новым функционалом на основании развертывания решений Citrix в вашей организации.

Предыдущие версии Receiver можно найти на веб-сайте Загрузки Citrix. Перед использованием уточните у системного администратора, действительно ли необходима старая версия Citrix Receiver.

Прежде чем начать использовать приложение Citrix Workspace, необходимо правильно настроить серверную инфраструктуру. Рекомендуем связаться с вашим системным администратором или службой поддержки ИТ-отдела. У администратора есть информация, необходимая для решения ваших вопросов.

Receiver 4.9.3000 for Windows, LTSR Cumulative Update 3

Note: Citrix recommends that you download the latest version of Citrix Workspace app version 1904.1 or later and Receiver for Windows to LTSR 4.9 CU6 version 4.9.6001 or later that contain critical security fixes. For more information, see the Knowledge Center article CTX251986.

Fix to enable Receiver auto-update

Action required to continue auto-updates on Receiver.
A new security certificate was recently released to further enhance the security of Citrix Receiver. However, this certificate disables Receiver Auto-Update functionality. It is important that you download and install the recently released Receiver Auto Update Tool to restore Receiver Update functionality.

You can configure Citrix Receiver Updates to update and install only LTSR updates using any one of the following options:

1. Group Policy Object administrative template
2. Command line interface
3. Storefront

Group Policy Object administrative template

To select only the LTSR updates using GPO, navigate to Administrative Templates > Citrix Components > Citrix Receiver > AutoUpdate > Enable or Disable AutoUpdate. Select Enabled and set the policy to LTSR ONLY.

Receiver 4.11 for Windows

Action required to continue auto-updates on Receiver.
