Восстановление системных файлов

ОС Windows имеет на борту программу, проверяющую системные файлы на подлинность и целостность. В худшем случае, она восстановит их. Чтобы воспользоваться ей:

1. Откройте окно поиска → найдите командную строку.
   
2. Кликните ПКМ → запустите в режиме администратора.
3. Выполните команду sfc /scannow .
   
4. Дождитесь окончания процесса.

Проверка диска

Hi! I have a problem with Explorer.exe, it displays this error called Unknown Hard Error, whenever i close explorer.exe it stops displaying the error. It also makes the taskbar not respond that good and the PC have a black background, desktop apps and photos and other files still display though.

So, this error happened when the Windows button on the taskbar suddenly stopped working. Whenever my computer has a small error everything turns to crap, the last time a problem like this happened; it was file corruption and everything was removed from my system.

Also all my fonts are fery very very crappy; before they were great. What the **** caused that to happen?

I am having a similar problem with a computer like Random 12340’s, where I get the Unknown Hardware Error. On my system the background is black, the task bar flashes black & white randomly every minute or so, there where no icons on the desktop, and only the mouse moves. When I run ctrl alt del I can start the Task Manager. I have been able to get the icons on the desktop back, and the task bar to appears, but I can’t click on the task bar. If I click off the DDE Server Unknown Hardware Error the screen goes black and the task bar starts flashing on and off again until the DDE messages comes back.

Also when I try to change the display settings I get a «ms-settings:display» error appearing with «Package could not be registered» message.

The computer is running Windows 10 Home 64 Bit.

I have tried checking the video drives and they haven’t updated lately.

I have run SFC with no errors.

I have changed the Problem Reporting and Solution Service and the Windows Error Reporting Service settings. (This allowed the background and Icons on the desktop to reappear.)

I tried system restore but that kept saying couldn’t complete after the computer restated.

None of these fixed the problems.

All I know about the start of the problem was that they where trying to change their antivirus.

Any help gratefully appreciated regarding these errors.

DDE Server Window: explorer.exe – System Warning: Unknown Hard Error. This error turns the screen black and won’t let me do anything, except open Task Manager and try disabling the currently running apps. Reboot won’t help as the problem soon reoccurs. Could someone please help?

Unknown Hard Error is an unpleasant pop-up that might show up on your screen at any time. This Windows 10 [1] alert might show up when you are playing an online game, using various programs, closing or opening apps or doing other activities on your PC. The error stops your activities due to a bunch of different problems:

• corruption of system files,
• some software changes that corrupted Windows registry,

Method 1. Clean boot Windows 10

1. Click Windows key + R and type msconfig.
2. On the System Configuration windows open the Services tab.
3. Mark Hide all Microsoft services box and select Disable all.

2. Type sfc /scannow into the dialog box and press Enter to execute it.

Method 3. Roll back the update

Since most of the Windows 10 users encountered the DDE Server Window: explorer.exe – System Warning: Unknown Hard Error after the installation of the eautomatic update, one of the solutions would be to uninstall the update:

1. Click Windows key + I to open Settings.
2. Select Update & Security and open Update History.
3. Select Uninstall Updates.
4. The system will open the list of updates in Control Panel applet. Select the update that you want to remove and select Uninstall.

In case you are not allowed to uninstall the update via Windows Settings, you may try to enable a System Restore Point. However, make sure that the point you have was created before the Unknown Hard Error started.

1. Click Windows key and type Create a Restore point.
2. Select System Protection and click on System Restore.
3. Press Next and select the restore point that was created before the Windows 10 error started.
4. Click Next and Finish.
5. Finally, reboot the system.

Method 4. Run CHKDSK command

Unknown Hard Error on Windows might occur due to the hard disk damage. So, you can run CHKDSK command to check and fix the issue:

1. Launch Command Prompt(Admin).
2. In the Command Prompt enter this command chkdsk /f /r and click Enter.
   
3. Wait until the system scan is finished. In the end, you will see what problems were fixed.

Method 5. Check recent software changes

If “Unknown Hard Error” on Windows 10 appeared after the installation of a specific program, it might be the problem why this annoying pop-up bothers you. Therefore, you should look through the list of installed programs and uninstall the ones that you obtained before the error occurred. If software removal helps to get rid of the error, you should not reinstall it.
