Stuck on Getting Devices Ready

Yesterday I got an update problem and I couldn’t boot to windows. I mounted version 1803 of windows on USB and reinstalled windows 10 on my C drive by formatting it. After laptop restarted, It got stuck on getting devices ready 12% (Usb was plugged in that time).

Now, I force shut down and restarted the laptop after windows logo appeared, a message appeared, «Your computer unexpectedly restarted or encountered an error . click ok to restart installation» or so. Now, I restarted installation, and same issue happened__stuck issue. I tried 3 or 4 times but got no luck. I have 1 TB HDD, on C drive I had windows.

Laptop Specifications are:

Dell Inspiron 5570

8GB RAM, 1 TB HDD

The things I tried reset bios factory settings, to default settings but same problem. One thing I mention here, after a lot of time passed after stuck process, an error appears, «Your pc ran into problem. «

stop code is whea uncorrectable error.

I googled query with different keywords but they say safe mode and some of solutons after windows startup. I couldn’t boot to Windows as I am on Installation process secondly, can’t get into safe mode.

I am in a great problem.

Help me, I would be grateful.

The WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR is an indication that your computer suddenly forced to shut down to protect it from a possible data loss or corruption. This error message you’re getting also triggers your computer to try to boot using your hard disk for several times. To ensure that we can provide an appropriate answer about this screen error, we’d like to ask you a few questions:

• When did you bought this laptop? Do you still have warranty for this?
• How many hard drives are installed on your computer?
• Can you check if the hard disk was inserted properly?
• Can you create an installation media again to your USB? There’s a possibility that your installer has been corrupted. This is to have a fresh copy of Windows 10 to serve as an installer. You can re-download it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.
• Do you have an alternate installer such as DVD (with Windows 10 .iso image)? If yes, can you use it to test if it still does the same?
• What is your boot sequence? Is your hard drive was set as primary boot?
• Can you check your BIOS settings if you changed anything there? If yes, can you reset them in default?

If your » Dell Inspiron 5570» laptop can no longer to boot up properly or cannot be resolved on the software side (being stuck in a loading splash screen), it means that there’s a hardware issue on your computer like in motherboard, hard disk, CPU, etc.

You will need to contact your computer manufacturer’s technician (which is Dell) to request for an on-site repair/assistance and let them perform a hardware diagnostic to your computer. There is a service tag in the bottom of your laptop that you can use to request for a service warranty.
