Драйвер на BenQ Scanner 5560 под Windows x86 и x64

Драйвер подходит по операционные системы: Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, а так же под Windows XP x64, Windows Vista x64, Windows 7 x64.

Инструкция:
1. Устанавливаем драйвер.
2. Перезагружаем компьютер
3. Подключаем сканер.

Если сначала подключить, то установиться другой драйвер. Тогда придется в ручную подсовывать необходимый драйвер через диспетчер устройств.

долго искал закину на яндекс диск как скачаеться а то моло ли что опять

При распаковке архива пишет, что папка с файлами пуста, хотя скачивалась долго и весила не мало. Что это может быть?

Скачалось с ошибками, скачайте еще раз.

переименовал с .zip на .rar открылась)))

программа не видит сканер( говорит все время, что нужно проверить подключение, хотя сам компьютер его видит

Читайте внимательно инструкцию!
Теперь надо в ручную через диспетчер устройств менять драйвер на сканер.

здравствуйте! наткнулся на ваш сайт в поисках драйвера.. у меня BenQ 5550, драйвера от 5000 и 5560 не подходят 🙁
нет ли и моего случайно? USB\VID_04A5&PID_2211&REV_0100
заранее спасибо 🙂

уже придумал сам, но всё равно спасибо за заботу 🙂 напрямую на х64 вышеуказанные драйвера от 5550 не встанут, но я немного доработал напильником 🙂 в inf файл надо добавить секции, содержащие «64» из аналогичного файла от 5560, PID_2311 заменить на PID_2211 и скопировать из комплекта 5560 файл s64wia15.dll в папку migrate установленного драйвера 5550. устанавливать принудительно в режиме отключения проверки цифровых подписей драйверов, потом в свойствах ярлыка mirascan поставить совместимость с XP — всё работает на Windows 8.1 x64! 🙂

Аноним, как тебе удалось это сделать. У меня семерка, не могу настроить этот же сканер, сколько бы я не бился.

Драйвер ставится..Но с программами не работает.Win 7×64

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста могут ли эти драйвера быть пригодны для Windows 10 64-bit(32-bit) или не существует для подобных версий?

Если текущие версии в режиме совместимости с предыдущими версиями Windows не устанавливаются и в ручную не возможно поставить и запустить, то я ничем не могу вам помочь.
Аппараты довольно старые

Вы последняя надежда — я столько драйверов нашёл, все устанавливал(потом удалял и снова устанавливал), одна и та же ошибка 0x80070002(про ошибку толком информации не нашел), но в программе сканирования устройство(сканер) не видно(на компьютере опознается как устройство с ошибкой драйверов) — остался только способ попробовать поставить драйвер вручную, с этим способом не смог разобраться сам, попробую вашу инструкцию. Если и это не сработает — то видимо значит что слишком старый аппарат для windows 10.

В любом случае спасибо большое, что ответили, так еще и быстро — если получится, отпишусь об успешности операции.

Драйвера в итоге прекрасно, и без проблем, работают на ос Windows 10(даже ставить драйвера вручную не пришлось, просто следовал инструкциям в этой статье)

How to Update Device Drivers

There are two ways to update drivers.

Option 1 (Recommended): Update drivers automatically — Novice computer users can update drivers using trusted software in just a few mouse clicks. Automatic driver updates are fast, efficient and elimate all the guesswork. Your old drivers can even be backed up and restored in case any problems occur.

Option 2: Update drivers manually — Find the correct driver for your Scanner and operating system, then install it by following the step by step instructions below. You’ll need some computer skills to use this method.

Option 1: Update drivers automatically

The Driver Update Utility for Benq devices is intelligent software which automatically recognizes your computer’s operating system and Scanner model and finds the most up-to-date drivers for it. There is no risk of installing the wrong driver. The Driver Update Utility downloads and installs your drivers quickly and easily.

You can scan for driver updates automatically and install them manually with the free version of the Driver Update Utility for Benq, or complete all necessary driver updates automatically using the premium version.

Tech Tip: The Driver Update Utility for Benq will back up your current drivers for you. If you encounter any problems while updating your drivers, you can use this feature to restore your previous drivers and configuration settings.

Double-click on the program to run it. It will then scan your computer and identify any problem drivers. You will see a results page similar to the one below:

Click the Update button next to your driver. The correct version will be downloaded and installed automatically. Or, you can click the Update All button at the bottom to automatically download and install the correct version of all the drivers that are missing or out-of-date on your system.

Before updating, use the built-in driver backup feature to save your current drivers to a specified folder. Use this backup folder to safely restore drivers if necessary:

Option 2: Update drivers manually

To find the latest driver, including Windows 10 drivers, choose from our list of most popular Benq Scanner downloads or search our driver archive for the driver that fits your specific Scanner model and your PC’s operating system.

Tech Tip: If you are having trouble finding the right driver update, use the Benq Scanner Driver Update Utility. It is software which finds, downloads and istalls the correct driver for you — automatically.

After downloading your driver update, you will need to install it. Driver updates come in a variety of file formats with different file extensions. For example, you may have downloaded an EXE, INF, ZIP, or SYS file. Each file type has a slighty different installation procedure to follow. How to Install Drivers

After you have found the right driver, follow these simple instructions to install it.

1. Power off your device.
2. Disconnect the device from your computer.
3. Reconnect the device and power it on.
4. Double click the driver download to extract it.
5. If a language option is given, select your language.
6. Follow the directions on the installation program screen.
7. Reboot your computer.
