1. Панель управления —> Программы и компоненты —> Включение или отключение компонентов Windows —> Компоненты прежних версий —> ставим галочку «NTVDM» —> OK

2. Скачайте следующие файлы в отдельную папку:

3. В свойствах файла fixwinxp.exe на вкладке «Совместимость» выставьте режим совместимости с «Windows XP (Пакет обновления 2)» и поставьте галочку «Выполнять эту программу от имени администратора»

4. Запустите файл fixwinxp.exe, в открывшемся окне выберите английский язык и укажите путь к файлу Web.EXE.

5. Следуйте инструкциям инсталятора.

ПО сканера устанавливается в папку ..\Windows\twain_32\600CU

Если сканер и заработает, то только на x86, в 64-разрядных системах работать не будет.

Go to Mustek.de for this and choose English on main screen.

1. Download the Windows 2000 driver for your scannermodel to your PC

2. Download the Windows XP tool to your PC and start it (doubleclick)

3. After choosing your language there is shown a dialog box. In this dialog box please choose the driver you downloaded from internet and follow the instructions on the screen

You can try following solution if the XP-Tool is not working

1. Start Regedit

2. In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version

rename the key «ProduktName»

from «Microsoft Windows XP»

into «Microsoft Windows 2000»

3. install the Mustekdriver for Windows 2000

4. Undo the changes in the Registry.
