Наушники полностью облегают уши, что позволяет добиться неплохой звукоизоляции. Наличие эффекта Dolby Surround делает погружение в игру более реалистичным и захватывающим. Гарнитура GameCom 780 является чисто компьютерной, т.к. подключение производится через разъем USB. Это полноценная usb-гарнитура (наушники – полноразмерные) с эмуляцией пространственного звучания 7.1. Соответственно, в неё встроен ЦАП, который с некоторым приближением можно назвать звуковой картой. Он преобразует «цифру», получаемую по usb в «аналог» и добавляет эффект 7.1

Система объемного звучания в наушниках GameCom 780 реализована довольно удачно. Звук в игре, после переключения в режим 7.1 просто оживает. Для того что бы работала система 7.1, нужно установить драйвер по ссылке выше.

- Разъём: USB;
- О микрофоне: шумоподавление, подвижность (вертикальная и горизонтальная), кнопка выключения, всенаправленность;
- Особенности: звук Surround, регулятор громкости;
GameCom 780 — плюсы и минусы:
- Локализация источников звука. Одна из основных функций игровых наушников Plantronics GameCom 780. В данной модели отлично слышно, с какой стороны крадётся враг, где что взорвалось и по «внутренней» или по «внешней» вас пытается обойти неугомонный конкурент на треке.
- Объёмный звук GameCom 780 7.1. Эффект объёма усиливает натуральность позиционирования звуков и действительно помогает лучше погрузиться в виртуальный мир.
- Микрофон. Качества передачи голоса на отличном уровне. Хорошо отсекаются лишние шумы. Сам микрофон легко подстроить под себя и выключить при необходимости.
- Внешний вид. Смотрится гарнитура интересно. На мой вкус, игровые наушники должны быть скорее угловатыми, чем круглыми, и эта модель очень хорошо это демонстрирует. Трапецеидальная форма чашек, чёрный цвет и красные акценты ясно, но не навязчиво заявляют о «тематической» принадлежности модели.
- Удобство. Наушники сидят надёжно, от них долго не устаёшь. Это достигается за счёт полноразмерной конструкции и велюровых амбушюр. Впрочем, у них есть и минусы. Собирают пыль и грязь. Зато съёмные, можно чистить. Кабель тоже хорош, надёжный и достаточной длины.
- Управление. Все органы управления удобно расположены и к ним очень легко привыкнуть. Уже через час-другой управлять в слепую этой гарнитурой сможет любой.
- Шумоизоляция. Наушники очень хорошо играют наружу. Хотя выглядят как закрытые. Но по факту, такими не являются. Это нужно учитывать
- Материалы. Наушники сделаны из материалов не самого высокого качества. Часто в отзывах встречаются упоминания о сломанных креплениях, быстро изнашивающихся амбушюрах, перестаёт работать кнопка отключения микрофона.
Plantronics GameCom 780 — очень хороший продукт по соотношению цена\качество. За свои деньги гарнитура покрывает все основные потребности геймеров на очень хорошем уровне.
