Как завести аудиокарты E-MU и прочие внезапно несовместимые устройства в OS X El Capitan?

После обновления до последней версии OS X я столкнулся с большущей проблемой. Моя прекрасная E-MU 0404 USB перестала работать. После всех установок-переустановок утилита E-MU USB Control Panel выдавала пустой список устройств. Друзья по несчастью на разных форумах цитировали один и тот же ответ, подорвавший былую веру в производителя:

Оказывается, еще на OS X Lion все должно было перестать работать, но, тем не менее, все было прекрасно вплоть до последнего обновления, с OS X Yosemite. Что же такого поменялось в OS X El Capitan? Все дело в новой системе защиты системных файлов System Integrity Protection (SIP). Грубо говоря, те манипуляции стороннего ПО с системными файлами, для которых система раньше просила ввести пароль администратора, теперь безоговорочно запрещаются. Сделано это было из самых благих побуждений, в целях безопасности, но в результате под нож попало немало старенького ПО; в том числе, и драйвера E-MU.

Для того, чтобы все заработало, необязательно выкидывать свой Apple-компьютер на свалку прогресса и откатываться до предыдущей версии ОС. Достаточно просто отключить System Integrity Protection.

1. Выбираем перезагрузку компьютера
2. Зажимаем Cmd-R и попадаем в рекавери.
3. Выбираем «Утилиты — Терминал» (Utilities — Terminal) в верхнем меню
4. В командной строке вбиваем «csrutil disable»
5. В ответ получаем сообщение об успешном отключении функции, перезагружаемся, накатываем драйвера заново и радуемся.

Открою такую тему,

Кто бы хотел ускорить работу над драйвером под Mac OS X хакинтош для creative, emu карт?

У меня такое предложение, собрать разработчику какие то деньги, чтобы ускорить процесс.

С Евгением я уже связался, он сказал что смотря какие деньги.

Ваши мысли? есть ли вообще заинтересованные?

Unimplemented:
* SPDIF+AC-3 passthrough
* 16/24-bit recording
* kX DSP and routing, no custom DSP effects, unless you upload them by using kxctrl
* SoundFonts and MIDI
* hot-plug for PCMCIA device (Audigy2 ZS notebook) — surprise removal will probably cause a lock-up or kernel panic
* any sampling rate except 48000Hz not supported, OS X uses built-in SRC, which is quite good

На данный момент я пока не занимаюсь этим проектом, но смог бы приступить к нему в ближайшее время.
Я установил себе Snow Leopard, поэтому, скорее всего, в самое ближайшее время попробую сделать 64-битную версию драйвера.
Тогда все Ваши 4 гигабайта будут задействованы
(А потом заодно займусь поддержкой записи).

Конечно же, скорость моей работы будет зависеть от того, сколько человек в ней заинтересованы, и сколько удастся собрать денег, хотя, конечно, не ради них всё начиналось и не ради них продолжается
Поэтому тут ответ простой — чем больше, тем лучше. Излишки можем перевести на благотворительность.

Если найдутся добровольцы, желающие заняться разработкой ДСП-части, то в самое ближайшее время я выпущу новый билд драйвера с полноценным СДК под МакОС (чтобы под неё тоже можно было бы писать эффекты и загружать их в ДСП).

Ему перевели всего 19 долларов с СНГ, и вроде чуть больше 100 вообще, если мы допустим соберем хотя бы человек 10 по 20 долларов = 200, 15=300, я лично смогу и 30 выложить на благое дело.

Да, давайте пока начнём с 44.1 — начало хорошее.
Вы договоритесь между собой, сколько вас, сколько получится собрать, как перевести (мне удобнее на вебмани).
Ну и за месяцок сделаем, я надеюсь.

В общем от меня три человека, пока исходим из 15-20$ с носа, кому интересно, стучим в личку, чем больше желающих, тем меньше взносы, пересылка денег самостоятельно.
