Natural sounding drugs are not so easy to create on the computer, despite all the advancements in music production software. You’ll end up with electronic beats that sound wobbly, extra fast, heavy or distorted. It is difficult to design a program which makes drumming sounds that seem lifelike. Toontrack took on this challenge by developing EZdrummer for Mac.

Handy and Attractive Virtual Drum Technology

Toontrack EZdrummer for macOS is a special type of instrument called Virtual Studio Technology, or VST. It lets you use your computer to play drums. Basically, you need a digital audio workstation installed on your computer. Then you would add the EZ drummer to it as a plugin, giving you access to a variety of drum sounds that can be used in music projects. There are also impressive standalone features which assist you in generating music bits too. You don’t need DAW either.

This electronic instrument has a drum rack that is photorealistic and customizable. When you want to play a particular drum, you just left click on its image. If you want to switch instruments, you just right-click on it. Right-clicking will also let you alter the velocity, pitch, and volume. The drum rack includes the toms, cymbals, hi-hats, snare, and kick drum. In addition, you can play the cowbell, claps, shakers, and tambourines.

You could try clicking each drum independently, but that won’t get you to play any decent sounding music. A better idea is to choose the Search tab and select the button which reads “Tap 2 Find.” Your personalized drum rack will be brought up in a new window. A metronome will be heard when this happens. Then, as you click each drum separately and play the sounds back, you can record the pattern of one drum and loop it repeatedly as you play the sounds of another drum. Keep doing this and you can create some good music.

If the sounds that you play back are not impressive, try using the quantizing function of EZdrummer by Toontrack to align the beats. When you use the “Tap 2 Find” feature, it searches the library for a prerecorded pattern which is similar to the pattern being played.

Strong Music Production Tool

The library of the program features several MIDI drum sets that are prerecorded. You can use any of these drum sets in your own songs or music tracks. Also, you can get creative by replacing any of the drum sounds found in the MIDI file with sounds of your own. And remember, the pattern recorded in your Tap 2 Find session will be saved as a MIDI file too.

There are so many more functions in the EZ drummer Mac program. Of course, you can’t use VST alone to create songs unless you only want drum sounds in them. But if drum patterns that sound natural are something your music needs, then you’ll want to use this plugin.

• Кейген виндовый, запускать из Crossover’а!

1. Поставил EZDrummer 2.0
2. Апдейт 2.14.
3. Заменил файлы из папки Crack.
4. Запустил Кейген, сгенерировал серийный номер.
5. Открыл EZD — в окне регистрации выбрал Offline.
6. Вставил серийник, получил ID.
7. Вставил ID в кейген, сохранил на рабочий стол файл .ttauth.
8. В окне регистрации указал путь к файлу.
Все.

руками копируете папки sounds и midi туда же, где у вас все остальные библиотеки

THE STUDIO SOUND.

The drums for EZdrummer 2 were recorded at one of the most meticulously built recording facilities in the world; Mark Knopfler’s British Grove Studios in London, England. Combining some of the most sought-after and rare vintage consoles, outboard effects and microphones with the best of the best in state of the art recording technology, the studio serves as a perfect combination of how old and new can come together in perfect harmony.

THE ROOM.

The main recording room at the British Grove Studios is large, ambient and perfectly crafted for drum production. The high ceiling, the dense walls and carefully designed diffusers produce a natural and sonically balanced reverb that allow the drums to be loud and present in your mix without ever taking over.

THE ENGINEER.

The sounds were recorded by a true industry great; the multi award-winning Chuck Ainlay. Having engineered in excess of 200 albums, worked with some of the world’s biggest recording artists of all time and been involved in numerous gold or multi-platinum releases, his track record speaks for itself. Some of the most notable collaborations in Chuck’s impressive career include Willie Nelson, Dixie Chicks, Dire Straits and Travis Tritt. To name a few.

THE PERCUSSION.

The percussion library is grouped in three categories: one shots, shakers and tambourine with selections of cowbell, snaps, claps, maracas and tambourine. With the intuitive controls in EZdrummer 2, a perfect percussion beat is literally just a mouse-click away. If you activate a percussion pad, it will instantaneously add a fitting pattern to the groove you are currently working on.To ensure unparalleled realism and dynamics, each instrument was multi-sampled and processed in different tempos, preserving the subtle nuances of the pre-hits essential in making especially shakers and tambourines come to life.
