Getting our premium software installed

Our Premium Software comes as a compressed ZIP file.

1. To extract the contents of the downloaded ZIP file, press, and hold (or right-click) file, select Extract All , and then follow the instructions.
2. Launch the Windows installer by double-clicking the file called:
   Film Impact Premium Video Transitions V4.x.x Windows.exe
   
3. Follow the installation wizard instructions

You’re now ready to take your videos to new and exciting heights.

Here is how to enter your license key and clear the watermark.

If you’ve purchased a license, you will have received a license key by email.

You will need this key to activate your copy.

1. Apply any Version 4 Film Impact video transition to a clip in your timeline.
2. Select this transition by clicking it.
3. Now go to the Effects Controls Tab (Press shift-5 to get here quickly)
4. Press the «Get Free Access» or «Control Center» Button.
5. A new window will pop-up — Now select «Enter Licence Key»
6. Just copy and paste your license key and confirm.

Here is how you un-install Film Impact plugins on Windows

Easily uninstall by navigating to:

• Control Panel > Programs and Features

Find the installed Film Impact product in the list of installed programs and features. To remove our products, just double-click.

Alternatively, you can remove our plugins manually.
Here is how:

Our plugins are installed in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\

Remove our plugins simply ​ by removing the «Film Impact» folder. If you only wish to remove some of the plugins, just dive right into the Film Impact folder and remove a particular selection. Our plugins are generally named: impact-*.prm

1. Open the Finder
2. Press CMD+SHIFT+G
3. Copy/Paste the following location:
   /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/
4. Now hit ‘Go’

You are now in the MediaCore folder. This is the place where all plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects are installed.

You can remove our plugins simply​ by removing the «Film Impact» folder. If you only wish to remove some of the plugins, just dive right into the Film Impact folder and remove a particular selection. Our plugins are generally named: impact-*.bundle

• Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 or later

Supported Graphics Card:

• Any Graphics Card manufactured in 2014 or later is supported (supporting at least OpenGL 3.0)

Required Video Memory:

• at least 4GB* of dedicated VRAM is needed for HD projects (up to 1920×1080)
• at least 6GB* of dedicated VRAM is necessary for 4k projects
• at least 12GB* of dedicated VRAM is necessary for 8k projects

* Depending on the number of monitors attached you may need additional dedicated video memory.
