Please see below a run-down of Focusrite product compatibility with Windows 10 as it currently stands. We would strongly recommend checking that your computer/motherboard is supported on Windows 10 by the manufacturer before updating and installing any relevant BIOS/chipset updates as required (please contact the manufacturer for assistance with this).

Please check that all other software/hardware you use to make music is also compatible before updating and never update your operating system during the middle of a time-critical project. If you’re using additional software that came bundled with your Focusrite interface (e.g. Ableton Live Lite, Pro Tools First) then please check the corresponding manufacturer’s website for compatibility information.

Saffire FireWire interfaces are no longer under development support , therefore we recommend that users do not upgrade Windows OS beyond Windows 10 build 1809.

Saffire 6 USB

Works with Windows 10 20H2?

Saffire 6 USB 1.1: UNSUPPORTED

The USB 1.1 version of the Saffire 6 USB is not officially supported with Windows 10 2004, though it may work. Please note that Saffire 6 USB 1.1 is no longer part of our development or test plans, see this article: Saffire 6 USB 1.1 — end of development support

Saffire 6 USB 2.0: YES

You can determine whether you have a Saffire 6 USB 1.1 or Saffire 6 USB 2.0 by checking the serial number on the sticker on the underside of the unit. If the serial number begins with ‘SU’, it’s a Saffire 6 USB 1.1. If it begins with ‘S2’, it’s a Saffire 6 USB 2.0.

Forte

Works with Windows 10 20H2? UNSUPPORTED — The latest build of Windows 10 that Forte was tested with was build 1809. It may still work on Windows 10 2004, though we cannot guarantee performance. Please note that Forte is no longer part of our development or test plans, see this article: Forte — end of development support

iTrack Solo

Works with Windows 10 20H2? Yes

VRM Box

Works with Windows 10 20H2? UNSUPPORTED

Although VRM box is not supported for use in Windows 10 it may still work, though we cannot guarantee performance.

Midnight plug-in suite

Купил новый комп, поставил десятую винду. Время от времени слетают звуковые драйвера. Как правило это случается после того как система выходит из спящего режима, но не постоянно. Лечу переустановкой, но уже начинаю понемногу звереть.
После установки Рипера, в настройках проекта по умолчанию встала частота дискретизации 96. Меняю на 41, нормально работаю, но при этом воспроизведение аудио и видео через плеер или браузер становится замедленным раз в 10, и такая малафья продолжается даже после того, как закрываю Рипер.

Кто виноват, и что делать?

Ребят, очень прошу, помогите решить проблему.
Cвязка: Win 10 (лицензия), Scarlett Solo 1st Gen, Amd (CPU).
Постоянно отваливается звук. Помогает либо ребут, либо реконнект шнура,
либо выключение и последующее включение в разделе «устройство воспроизведения».
Карта отваливается постоянно! На дню приходится делать подобное раз по 20!
Закрыл одну программу, открыл браузер и всё свалилось. Открыл игру, закрыл,
открыл плеер, звука нет. И так далее.. Постоянные танцы с ребутом дров!
Пихал во все порты (усб 2 и 3) и это не помогает! Ставил все дрова и та же петрушка..
Всё время приходится вынимать кабель. Менял дискретность! По фигу.
Не нашел способа настроить стабильную работу.

Очень прошу помочь! Заранее спасибо.

Проблема решена. Надеюсь, что кому-то будет полезно.
Драйвер устанавливается первый из списка, который указан на официальном сайте.

Кабель вставлен строго в USB 3.0, иначе будут нескончаемые глитчи и прочие неприятности.
Обязательно залезть в раздел «устройства воспрозведения» — «дополнительно» , снимаем 2 чекбокса с «монопольного режима».
Пока что полет нормальный.
