Используйте метод автоматической загрузки или загрузки вручную для получения корректных драйверов HD-графики Intel® для процессоров Intel® Pentium® и Intel® Celeron®.

Вариант 1: Автоматически идентифицируйте и установите драйвер графической системы с помощью приложения Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.

Вариант 2: Загрузите драйвер вручную:

1. Если вы не знаете прежнего кодового названия своего процессора, выполните следующие действия. Если вы знаете кодовое название, перейдите к действию 2.
   1. Перейдите на страницу информации о продукции.
   2. Введите номер модели вашего процессора в поле Поиск по характеристикам в правом верхнем углу страницы.
   3. Найдите и выберите страницу спецификации для вашего процессора.
   4. В разделе Основные функции найдите имя, указанное в поле Кодовое название.
2. Используйте таблицу для поиска драйвера графической системы по предыдущему кодовому названию процессора.

   Не удалось найти драйвер UHD-графики Intel® 610 для процессоров Intel® Pentium® Gold G5400, так как он отсутствует в списке в Центре загрузки файлов

   Некоторые производители не позволяют устанавливать универсальные драйверы Intel® в определенные системы. В этом случае установите их вручную.

   Если по окончании установки вручную появляется сообщение об ошибке «Лучшее программное обеспечение драйвера для вашего устройства уже установлено», сначала удалите текущий драйвер из вашей системы, следуя приведенным ниже инструкциям:

   1. Откройтедиспетчер устройств.
   2. Найдите драйвер, который необходимо удалить. Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши на устройстве и в меню выберите Удалить устройство.
   3. При возможности поставьте флажокУдалить программное обеспечение драйвера для этого устройства. НажмитеУдалить для подтверждения.
   4. Дождитесь завершения процесса удаления драйвера.
   5. После удаления драйвера перезагрузите свой ПК. При перезапуске ПК будет установлен драйвер по умолчанию.
   6. Установите загруженный драйвер вручную и проверьте, устранена ли проблема.

   Hi Michael. I’m Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

   Normally the error means you’re attempting to install a 32 bit driver on a 64 bit system or vice versa. Check the driver package again to make sure it’s the correct bit version you are running on Windows 10. You can check this at Settings > System > About.
