How to Connect to Windows 10 as a Bluetooth Headset to Stream Audio from Phones and Tablets?

From a Bluetooth device, (Android Phone, Kindle Fire, iPhone, etc), how can you connect to a Windows 10 PC as though it were a Bluetooth Headset?

I can connect the Samsung Level U headphones to Windows 10 computer. The issue is, that it connects ONLY with two profiles: Headphones (which gives good quality, 2-channel audio, only listening is possible) and Handsfree, which allows to use Skype for talking, but the audio quality is tragical. I need to run also the Headset Profile with these headphones, which works fine with iPhone or Samsung phone, but doesn’t work well with Windows 10 laptop/PC.

these tech guys at MS are just playing with emotions of technical people.

they have replaced WIDCOMM stack with their own but haven’t figured out it how to provide all the related services in windows 10. I have been trying to figure out this since i ported myself onto windows 10.

they should publish a post make people understand that some of features from windows 7 are no more available in windows 10 and we should stop cursing these features.
