I have purchased a used pc from get it now.Its a acer all in one touchscreen pc running windows 7 home premium its a aspire az5101 I have been having problems since last night with it I was watching a video on youtube and then all of a sudden the screen turned blue and it said the computer needed to be shut down ever since then I have been having problems.
I fixed the original problem last night by contacting acer and talking to someone from the site on a chat program.But now I am having a different error problem ever since I re installed windows 7 last night from the computer.
Ok here are the problems:
1. every time I click on start windows normally is says starting windows and then pops up a black screen saying windows boot manager windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem. 1. insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.)»I do not have the disc since computer is not yet paid off in full I did not receive the discs yet.»)
and then option 2.3.
If you do not have this disc, contact you system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
I have contacted acer already today and they told me to purchase a disc that’s all they told me to do.

I also have tried to run in safe mode but I still get the same error.
and when I first turn computer back on it has a option for selecting f12 which sends me to «please select boot device: HDD:po-wdc wd10evds-63u8b1 or cd&dvd:p1-slimtype dvd a ds8a5
del to enter set up I have a list of things on a blue screen product information>standard cmos features>advanced bios features>advanced chipset features>integrated peripherals>power management setup>pc health status>frequency/voltage control>bios security features>load default settings>save and exit setup>exit without saving
And when I restart it also says windows error recovery other options

I can not do anything with the computer rite now and help would be great.
