This zip file contains tools like calibration, ISSU, TraceTools, UpdatePDTTool and recipes to integrate the package into Yocto Project* for Intel Atom® E3900 SoC family, Intel® Celeron® Processor N3350, and Intel® Pentium® Processor N4200.

2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part

OEM LICENSE: You may reproduce and distribute the Software only as an
integral part of or incorporated in Your product or as a standalone
Software maintenance update for existing end users of Your products,
excluding any other standalone products, subject to these conditions:
1. This Software is licensed for use only in conjunction with Intel
component products. Use of the Software in conjunction with non-Intel
component products is not licensed hereunder.
2. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, distribute or transfer any part
of the Software except as provided in this Agreement, and you agree to
prevent unauthorized copying of the Software.
3. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. You may only distribute the Software to your customers pursuant to a
written license agreement. Such license agreement may be a «break-the-
seal» license agreement. At a minimum such license shall safeguard

Hello, so I am having an issue with my computer’s sensors. About a year ago, my computer stopped detecting when it was folded up to work as a tablet, so the keyboard and mousepad remained active while I was trying to write with a stylus. I fixed the problem by reinstalling the Intel(R) Integrated Sensor Solutions driver.
Now I am having this problem again for the first time in a year, and this driver is once again missing from my Device Manager. I have tried several things, some alone and some with chat support from HP, including:
1) Uninstalling and reinstalling keyboard and mousepad drivers, then restarting
2) Finding the Intel(R) Integrated Sensor Solutions driver in the HP Recovery Manager, installing and restarting
3) Finding and downloading the specific driver for the Envy x360 from the HP ftp site (SP80117.exe), this seemed the most promising but upon running the utility, I was given a «Platform not supported» message
4) Using the HP Driver update utility (doesn’t even find the Intel driver I’m looking for)
5) Using the HP Support Assistant’s OS Checkup and troubleshooting utilities (finds no problems)
And finally, I have also downloaded the SensorInfo app from the app store, which detects and reports accelerometer and gyrometer output in real time, just to see if it was in fact that my hardware is broken. Rather, SensorInfo reports that there are no sensors in my computer at all! I am a little bit at my wits end, as I have found several other topics with the same problem on these forums, with no clear solution available. Otherwise, I am being recommended to do a factory reset. However, even with this, I have yet to see any accounts of success with this extreme method, so I’d really like to avoid doing that if possible! Thank you!

Whenever tried to install it is displaying This platform is not supported.

Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. ).
Have you recently made any changes on the PC before the issue started?
Did you install a retail copy of Windows or OEM version of Windows?
Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant?
In the meantime, let’s try these steps here:
You may follow the below steps and check if the device appears in the list.
1. Right click on Start menu and click on Device Manager.
2. Right click your computer name in Device Manager and click on Scan for hardware changes. Device manager scans your system, now check if the device shows up.
You may also run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.
- Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
- In the category select small icons.
- Select Troubleshooting.
- Select View all on the top left corner.
- Click on Hardware and Devices.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
You may also install all the pending updates and check if it helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.
I would suggest here is to download and install the Intel Driver Update Utility — This will scan and install the relavent drivers for your PC.
Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
