Судя по википедии, тонкость очень простая — дров просто нет.

Написано буквально следующее: «Камера без проблем видна в XP как “1394 Desktop Video Camera” и вы можете использовать ее с помощью большинства программ для видеоконференций . » — подберите самостоятельно что вам больше приглянется. Надо обратить внимание чтобы была возможность регулировки яркости картинки от камеры в программе — картинка по умолчанию переэкспонирована.

Apple iSight Firewire camera on Windows 10 laptop?

I have a Panasonic CF-31 Toughbook PC laptop running the very latest version of Windows 10 (20H2). I was just given an Apple iSight external Firewire camera that I would like to use for Zoom meetings using this laptop. I have a Firewire PCMCIA IEEE1394 card installed in the laptop.

How do I get this camera to work in Windows 10? Where can I go to get drivers and software for it? Is this even possible, or will it only run on a Mac?

In all honesty, given the age of the discontinued hardware, I’d say its a long shot at getting that to work on a modern PC. You’ll be better off just getting a modern webcam imo

Whilst that is most true of the Internal iSight the Original Poster has an External iSight (firewire Cam)

Previously, like Macs the Windows Firewire Set up recognised the Camera part but not the mics so the camera would somewhat work.

EZ Jim keeps up to date on this and is more likely to know if Firewire in Windows 7 supports the iSight (External)

The Apple Drivers for Windows included on your Install Disk for Snow Leopard will install the Drivers to make various bits of Apple hardware seen by the Windows OS, including the Internal iSight.

You Create the partition.
Install Windows.
Insert the OS X Install Disk and the required Drivers will be seen and Installed.

Комплект моего Mac power g4 мне показался не полным без камеры. Вот и решил найти довольно редкую от apple камеру iSight. Apple представила iSight в 2003 году. Внешняя камера iSight продавалась в розницу по цене $149 c комплектом крепления (для установки на выпускаемые в то время мониторы Apple Display, ноутбуки, моноблоки и т. д.), подключалась к компьютеру через порт FireWire. Позже эта камера встраивалась в компьютеры Apple.

Упакована она супер, в принципе как и все товары эпл. Мне удалось купить iSight новой.

Комплектация из серии «все что нужно» Даже колба(чехол) для хранения или перевозки камеры есть.

И набор креплений на все виды компьютеров и мониторов эпл.

Очень качественно сделанная камера, самая качественная из тех что я видел. Перфорация на корпусе не просто так) Там спрятан микрофон.

Компания Apple установила, что в небольшом проценте устройств iPhone 6 Plus один из компонентов камеры iSight может давать сбой, в результате чего снимки могут получаться размытыми. Устройства с этой проблемой имеют ограниченный диапазон серийных номеров. Они продавались, главным образом, с сентября 2014 года по январь 2015 года.

Если на телефоне iPhone 6 Plus получаются размытые снимки и его серийный номер попадает в указанный диапазон, компания Apple бесплатно заменит камеру iSight.

How to Install Drivers

Install Drivers With Device Manager
