If you wish to use the songs you found on the net, please download them and make sure you save them to your iTunes music library. You can browse and check if you have the songs available when you connect your iOS device to a Mac / PC. Open iTunes and you will get to see the list.

Tap «Make Available Offline» in Music App, make sure the music is completely downloaded. And you’re good to go!

If you worry that the volume of the loaded songs can be too high, you can tune the volume knob in Jam Player a bit lower before loading. You can do so when you want to practice with a backing track, or avoid the sound blasting your speakers. This wouldn’t affect the total output sound at all.

Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID. AppStore will not charge you twice for any purchase, as long as you are using the same Apple ID.

Note that App Store doesn’t allow transferring in-app purchases between JamUp XT and JamUp Pro XT.

1. Open JamUp, and go into Settings. (Gear icon)
2. Select «Preset Backup»

3. Select «Link Dropbox» (if you don’t have a Dropbox account you can create one at www.dropbox.com). If you have already linked Dropbox to JamUp once, you can skip this step.

4. After your Dropbox account is linked to JamUp, select «Backup Preset to Dropbox»

Now, your presets will be backed up, and you have the ability to restore them to another device:

On the other device:
1. JamUp, go into Settings.
2. Select «Preset Backup»

3. Select Restore Presets from Backup.

For example, you can arrange two distortion pedals, one distortion with one compressor, or two delay effects on the signal path.

To do that, you can double tap on the small icon on the signal path to get the effect menu. Select, and choose any of the unused effects in all categories to freely customize your own presets!

Q: Why can’t I share some of my tones to JamUp ToneCloud?

A: The «Share» function is available with JamUp amps. If you have purchased BIAS Amp, you will get an integration and be able to use BIAS Amp features in JamUp. However, the tones that sync from BIAS Amp cannot be uploaded to Share page.

Q: What is the difference between using JamUp as IAA and using JamUp plugin in Auria?

A: If you’re using Auria and hope to use JamUp with it as a plugin, then you need to purchase the JamUp pack in Auria’s in-app purchase. However, if you already own JamUp / JamUp Pro app (on AppStore), they can be loaded and used on Auria as IAA files. Please notice that JamUp (in-app plugin) in Auria is only available in Auria series. If you wish to use JamUp / JamUp Pro as individuals, you will have to purchase them on AppStore.

Q: Is JamUp and your other apps available on Android?

A: No. JamUp and our apps are only available on iOS. Our desktop products are available on Windows and Mac OSX.

Q: What is included in All Access Pack?

A: If you purchase All Access Pack, you will get literally all of the amps / effects in JamUp. And you don’t have to buy any other packs.

Q: Can I use my Bluetooth speakers with JamUp?

A: In order to make sure we reduce the potential interference and latency as much as possible, we have disabled this function. So that JamUp can work smoothly with MIDI controllers and work with low latency when recording through audio interfaces.
