The new Macs will run most Intel based apps IF they followed Apple’s programming guide lines and didn’t do something weird with their code.

IF LOL is universal binary it will run natively on both Apple silicon and Intel-based Mac computers—

that you can ask the developer .

Or wait an see, otherwise it would have to run through Virtualization software/Rosette2
