This worked for me.

Go to Device Manager.

Right click over the BT Mini Receiver with the yellow exclamation point.

Left Click Properties then go to (left Click) Driver.

Select (left Click) Rollback Driver and your are done.

My MX5000 Keyboard and Mouse worked perfectly!

Open Device Manager

Find and double-click on keyboard to see the drivers .

• Right-click on the drivers, and click Uninstall.
• Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click OK to remove the driver.
• After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.
• Hopefully Windows will detect the Keyboard.
• Please go to the computer manufacturer’s website, download the Windows 10 keyboard driver for your computer and check.

Make sure you have all the latest updates from Windows Update.
