How do I get the Logitech Webcam Settings Software on Mac?
Bought logitech c920 and I use Mac but it came without a CD so I have no way of changing the camera settings as there was no software with it.
Same when I go online and registered the product — No software to allow me mess with the setting on sight.
Does anyone have a clue on how I can download the relevant software?

Hi @GEORGE TSIAPTSIADIS?
I’d be more than happy to assist you! 🙂
Our C920 is mainly being used in Windows so the software available for it is also for Windows however since its a plug and play device it will work with MAC but you need to use like a third party application like for ex. Photo booth or Face Time.

Have a great day!
I used the C920 with a Mac and it worked perfectly to zoom, pan, tilt and adjust exposure with the Logitech software available free from the Mac App Store: «Logitech Camera Settings» — until I upgraded to OS 10.13.1, when it stopped working.
I really do not understand why the Logitech support people are not aware of this software. it is DEFINITELY provided by Logitech for the Mac. Worse, I don’t know why it stopped working.
On the Logitech website there is a link to Logitech Gaming Software that is supposed to also control the C920, but it does a terrible job. Very little zoom, no pan or tilt, just awful.
Logi_Elie, can you help us find a good solution for zoom, pan and tilt of the C920 on the Mac?
Guess it’s time to sell it and use the mac internal camera. What a disappointment! I just read your post and had to figure all that out right before I am about to need it! Thanks!
suppor for Logitech C920 and Mac users is non-existent!
website for drivers is a mess, after few clicks sends you to driver for mouse!!
support = no reply whatsoever.
just bought the c920 few days ago. There is no way to adjust any settings. The Logitech capture app is a joke, you can’t open the movie files on Mac: not in Quicktime, nor VLX, nor Elmedia, nor IINA.
returning the webcam and never going to buy any Logitech product ever again.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.
How can I set the GAIN or EXPOSURE TIME on my C920, on a MacBook Pro.?
I had to turn light very dimmed cause It’s too sensitive to light.
I’ve already installed this driver, https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024849133—Downloads-HD-Pro-Webcam-C920 but I couldn’t find that parameter available for setting it out.
Is there any other software that allows this adjustment?
Hi Logitech, how can I have persistent settings, even using the Camera Settings app, every time I reopen this it resets the view to zoomed in. Also the auto white balance defaults to 2400k, which is very very very blue.
Every time I need to use the webcam I have to manually readjust the settings in the app for colour correction and widescreen setting. I’ve even taken a look in the Plist in lilbrary/preferences and the only persistent setting that exists in there is Anti-Flicker. If you could find out and report to us the settings variables perhaps we could enter these in the plist file and get some consistent results.
Logitech Software seems to no longer exists? Link provided above by Logi Moderator no longer works.
It would be a bad joke to know there’s no support for a £100+ webcam if you’re a Mac user..

Chris, you can try using the Logitech G Hub software.
I was able to set default camera settings in G Hub and they are saved for all applications.
I know this is going to sound stupid, but I’m trying to process what I’m reading above. Is it true that Logitech does NOT support the extended configurable features, such as auto-focus, etc., on a Mac? I’m not a gamer so don’t know about G Hub, but if this is true, I don’t know that I can express my disappointment. I just started using this relatively expensive item on my Mac and can’t find any controls. It would indeed make me very happy if someone said I’m just missing it.
@Peter You’re right, that does sound stupid, and yes you are just missing it somehow. Multiple responses here point to the necessary software that exists for every recent MacOS version. https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024849133—Downloads-HD-Pro-Webcam-C920 right where you’d expect it to be.
In regards to the rest of the thread, I’ve noticed FaceTime is the only application unable to make use of the camera properly. All third party apps (Meet, Zoom, Messenger, etc) have no problem using the settings from both Camera Settings/Logi Capture, and even Photobooth seems ok, but as soon as FaceTime opens it takes control of the camera settings. While I’m sure there’s a CLi option to kill the facetime camera control process, I don’t know what it is, and without that only a reboot releases the camera from Apple’s buggy crappy clutches. I’m curious if the others from this thread have a similar experience, which camera/video-using applications have you tried the camera with and does the issue persist if you don’t use FaceTime?
My next step is to try and use OBS or other software as a go-between to keep FaceTime from taking over the camera’s settings.
