Требования

Для настройки вам понадобится компьютер под управлением Windows 10 с поддержкой Bluetooth 4.0 или более поздней версии. Эта мышь поддерживает функцию быстрой связи в Windows 10.

Подключение мыши

Чтобы включить мышь, переведите ее в согнутое положение. Распрямите мышь для выключения.

Связывание мыши с помощью Bluetooth

Включите мышь, а затем следуйте указаниям, чтобы связать ее с компьютером.

Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку связывания в нижней части мыши до тех пор, пока индикатор не начнет мигать (около пяти секунд).

При появлении уведомления для мыши на компьютере с Windows 10 нажмите Подключить и дождитесь ее настройки.

Не видите уведомление? Нажмите кнопку » Пуск > Параметры > устройства > Bluetooth & другие устройства > Добавить Bluetooth или другое устройство > Bluetooth> с помощью мыши Microsoft Arc или Surface Arc , > Готово.

После связывания мыши индикатор перестанет мигать. Индикатор останется включенным до выключения мыши.

Навигация с помощью сенсорной панели

Мышь распознает щелчки или прокрутку на сенсорной панели. Ниже приведены основные жесты, которые помогут приступить к работе.

Щелчок левой кнопкой мыши

Нажмите одним пальцем в левой части сенсорной панели.

Скачайте Центр управления мышью и клавиатурой (Майкрософт)

Чтобы изменить основные параметры мыши, выберите Пуск > Параметры > Устройства > Мышь .

Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse and Windows 10

I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000-series 2-in-1 and have updated it to Windows 10, everything is working fine except my Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse.

The Mouse pairs, connects and works normally, however when the the laptop goes to sleep the mouse disconnects and will not reconnect.

The only way to get it to reconnect is to switch the laptop off and back on again.

The symptom is the same as the bluetooth aerial being turned off by the laptop.

I have installed the latest bluetooth drivers from microsoft and Intel (the makers of the bluetooth module) and there is no difference.

I have made sure that the settings in Device manager DO NOT allow the PC to turn off the bluetooth aerial, the HID bluetooth mouse or to activate the low power consumption setting for bluetooth.

I have yet to try it with another bluetooth device such as a speaker to see if this also disconnects after sleep.

Run the Hardware Troubleshooter and see if it helps.
a : Press Windows logo to open the search box.
b: Type troubleshooting, hit enter.
c: Now click Hardware and sound.
d: Now click Hardware and devices and then click Next.

This nasty problem pests me as well.

The control option ‘can wake up computer’ is grayed out, other then that I switched off

the power saving ‘can switch off device’ with no success. Rebooting seems the only fix; switching the mouse off/on does not do the trick.

The disconnect happens after 15 or so minutes sitting idle (not always!). A Logitech mouse with own transceiver works well; the Microsoft Arc Touch mouse might be the nasty animal. Laptop is a Lenovo X250 and Windows 10.

The trouble shooter could not find a fault as the mouse is still paired, but not connected.

I’ve already tried the drivers from the dell website and the latest PROset wireless 7265 drivers from the Intel website.

I am going to re-install windows 10 as a clean install to see if it fixes the problem.

It might be because i upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1

Same here. Dell XPS 13 and the MS Arc Touch mouse. Disconnects after sleep and does not reconnect afterwards. Extremely annoying at work, where I lock the screen or close my laptop very often.

Quickest way to work around the problem is to switch bluetooth off and back on again in the quick settings menu (notification sidebar). Then it reconnects. I did not have this problem on windows 7, though.

Hope there’s a fix. some time. Not awesome when MS mouse does not work with MS OS.

I am having the same issues with my new Dell XPS 13 and the Arc Touch BT mouse.

I bought it with Windows 8.1 Pro, but immediately upgraded to 10 and did not test it before hand.

Mouse stops working if left idle for 10-15 minutes or if the laptop goes to sleep. Shows paired. The Logitech K810 keyboard that I also use has no issues and stays connected.

I have the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 2×2 + Bluetooth 4.0

You need to press Window/X to open Device Manager

Choose Bluetooth adaptor/Properties (not the mouse properties)

Choose Power management

Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device
Should work

since I had tested and applied all fixes suggested here and elsewhere I send the device back

suspecting a HW/firmaware defect.

The dealer checked, agreed with the conclusion and returned the money.

To date I have not seen a statement from Microsoft on this matter.

The net of it, in case the Bluetooth power options (mouse and general) don’t help,

return the device and buy something else.

I managed to «solve» all my connectivity issues by disabling the «Stay connected to WiFi while asleep» setting in the power & sleep settings (windows 10 > settings > power & sleep). My laptop model has Intel’s WiFi + Bluetooth on a single chip and apparently this setting was screwing up both WiFi and BT during sleep. Since I disabled it — mouse started reconnecting automatically on wake and there are no WiFi problems either. Hope this helps.

NO USEFUL ANSWERS FOUND YET ON THIS THREAD THAT COULD FIX SAME ISSUE

I am having the same problem that is described here and on multiple other threads, where my Microsoft Wedge mouse, Microsoft Wedge Keyboard, and one other Bluetooth keyboard sold to me at the Microsoft store, which all worked fine with a prior release of Windows 10, but under the current release, they all stop being recognizing as having a prior Bluetooth connection whenever the computer sleeps, hibernates, or is restarted. Luckily at least I can reconnect the Bluetooth devices by removing them, then repairing them again, which will work okay for a while. But, I still have the same issue even after having deleted all hidden Bluetooth drivers in device manager as was suggested on another thread. I have tried all of the suggestions on this thread. I have also tried.

1) Repairing (necessary each time for Win10 to temporarily connect to device).

2) Had Microsoft tech person troubleshoot with remote desktop. (Case #1330540294)

3) Followed said tech person’s advice to reinstall operating system, which didn’t work.

4) Restarted Bluetooth service (

5) Troubleshoot Compatibility, check marked «this program worked in earlier versions of Windows», which didn’t solve the problem.

6) There are a number of other steps too, which I’ll skip listing, as I am fairly certain that the problem is a lack of Microsoft making available a compatible updated driver for the Samsung tablet that was originally sold to me at the Microsoft store, which is causing the lack of being able to automatic find any preconfigured Bluetooth devices. There is a message that intermittently flashes between «connected» , » incompatible driver «, «pairing» and «paired». One of this forum’s most knowledgeable sounding contributors had suggested on another thread that the driver is failing to write to the log properly, so that the information required to «automatically» recognize the last Bluetooth devices that were used, and was configured for multiple sessions, is missing. I’ve looked on the Samsung website for device driver updates, but of course none are not available for this tablet beyond what I am using.
