In some cases, ads may be show to the users.

Demo programs have a limited functionality for free, but charge for an advanced set of features or for the removal of advertisements from the program’s interfaces. In some cases, all the functionality is disabled until the license is purchased. Demos are usually not time-limited (like Trial software) but the functionality is limited.

Trial

Trial software allows the user to evaluate the software for a limited amount of time. After that trial period (usually 15 to 90 days) the user can decide whether to buy the software or not. Even though, most trial software products are only time-limited some also have feature limitations.

Usually commercial software or games are produced for sale or to serve a commercial purpose.

In this release we’ve worked through some bugs that were hanging around in our backlog. Some items we addressed include:

• Added background refresh for subscribed workspaces.
• Fixed an issue where the session window may jump to another monitor when auto-reconnect kicks in.
• Fixed an issue where the session window would sometimes be enlarged after connecting.
• Addressed an issue where the name of a redirected folder would be incorrect in the remote session.
• Fixed a bug that made it difficult to resize remote app windows.
• Improved the error messages that are displayed when user accounts fail to update.
• Fixed an issue where window titles in the list of connected remote apps were blank.
• Addressed a multimon issue where the mouse cursor shape would not update correctly when dragging between monitors.
• Added a checkbox to General Preferences to enable/disable Microsoft Teams optimizations.
• Added UI to report if a remote app could not be launched on the server due to not being on the system allow list.
• Fixed an issue where the session window could not be made wider when placed at the top or bottom of the screen.
• Addressed scenarios where the mouse cursor would disappear while connected to a remote PC.
• Deletion of an Azure Virtual Desktop workspace now correctly removes all associated workspaces.
• Fixed an issue where adding a folder to redirect to a bookmark would enable the «Add» button with an empty PC name.
• Addressed an issue where double-clicking the title bar incorrectly stretched the session window.
• Updated the mouse to change to a hand glyph when hovering over a red input error indicator.
• Fixed an issue where the session window would flash rapidly in the «Mission Control» or «Application windows» view.

In addition, we have continued to make updates to improve connectivity and performance metrics when connecting to Azure Virtual Desktop.

Note that by default subscribed workspaces are refreshed every six hours. This interval can be changed using the ClientSettings.WorkspaceAutoRefreshInterval user default (minimum is 30 minutes and maximum is 24 hours).

I’m trying to found a version of microsoft remote dekstop compatible foe my mac osx 10.11.

could you tell me where can I found it ? where to download.

You can ger older version os Microsoft Remote Desktop for OS X at the App Center,

I think version 10.3.2 may be compatible with OS X 10.11

but unluckily the oldest version to download there ist 10.3.2 (Beta of Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac).

10.3.2 does NOT work on El Capitan, i tried it in OS X 10.11.6. You can’t install it,

it says «work only from 10.12 up».

For Mac OS X 10.11 you need definitely an older version than Microsoft Remote Desktop 10!

I would need at least the Microsoft Remote Desktop 8.1, but I can’t get it anywhere.

I tried it on a MacMini with Mac OS 10.14 Mojave and Microsoft Remote Desktop 10 and it worked immediately.

I need it to make home office due to the corona crisis, it seems with older computers

Недостатка нашел только три
1. Нельзя создать группы
2. При импорте ранее экспортированных файлов теряются имена.
3. Не работает перетаскивание файлов как в стандартном клиенте от винды.

Все просто. В каждом подключении убираем галку Использовать все мониторы, и в Разрешении узказываем (вместо автоматического) разрешение экрана вашего монитора. Ответить

в итоге для подключения к виндовс 10, требуется серия концертов в режиме «вам повезет»

нариканий при работе с с предшествующими версиями от xp до 8 нет1 только 10

кастом не смещает, но очень неудобен.
что нового: если подключиться не удалось, приложение не выходит из полноэкранного режима и мы наблюдаем черный экран.

Нет переназначение клавиш, не возможно на удалённой машине имитировать нажатие клавиши Insert. На клавиатуре macbook это сочетание клавиш Fn + Enter. Ответить

После обновления при открытии удаленного рабочего стола экран смещен вверх. Из-за этого недоступна в верху полоса пикселей на 100. Приходится менять режим с полноэкранного, а потом снова его запускать. Исправьте, pls! Ответить

Сейчас приходится сначала переключать на английский на сервере, потом Cmd+Пробел на маке (а клавиша Cmd открывает Пуск — это бесит ужасно). В итоге получается, что переключение языка с русского на английский составляет команды:
1. Shift + Alt в серваке
2. Cmd + Пробел (мак)
3. Escape, чтобы закрыть Пуск
4. Клик по трекпаду, чтобы вернуть фокус в окно

Раньше было:
1. Shift + Alt в серваке

Удалились все запомненые сервера, после заполнения (ручками вбил все заново) и перезапуске программы все сервера пропадают!

Приложение поднимается в первые строчки монитора системы по использованию процессора. Если содержимое окна терминала активно не меняется, нагрузка уменьшается. При потере фокуса — почти засыпает.
В целом конечно есть еще над чем работать, например CoRD не грузит процессор, даже если активно работаешь в терминале. Но по сравнению с катастрофичной ситуацией в версии 8.0.8 стало лучше.

Если обновлялись на 8.0.8, это обновление нужно ставить однозначно. Можно хоть пользоваться приложение. Ответить

Несколько мониторов — тоже супер!
Но почему нужно закрывать окно после того как нажали «New», кнопкой «x» ?! Можно ведь добавить что-то типа «Done!».

До этого использовал RDC от той же Microsoft без полного экрана — просто тихий ужас. Ответить
