Установка Minecraft на macOS

Если лицензия приобретена, можно начинать загрузку и установку игры. Заходим на сайт и нажимаем на кнопку “Download” в разделе “Download Minecraft: Java Edition for macOS”.
Переходим в “Загрузки” и запускаем “Minecraft.dmg”.
Перетаскиваем “Minecraft.app” в “Applications” (Программы).
В Finder нажимаем на значок стрелочки на против “Minecraft”, чтобы извлечь Minecraft.
Переходим в “Программы” и запускаем игру.
Далее необходимо дать разрешение на запуск Minecraft.
Нажимаем на кнопку “Открыть”.
Для переключения на русский язык необходимо выбрать “Русский — Россия” в левом верхнем углу экрана.
Указываем учетные данные, которые вы указывали при создании аккаунта Mojang в ходе процесса приобретения игры на официальном сайте Minecraft.

Question: Q: how to install minecraft on imac?
I’d like to install minecraft on my imac (OS X Yosemite 10.10.1). I’vd downloaded the application, but when I try to open it, I have a message saying that I need to réinstalle an old version of Java SE 6, and I don’t manage to find it online. Can you help me?

Minecraft does cost money so you have to hook up a payment option to your computer. Once you have go to https://minecraft.net/ and click get Minecraft.

- Visit https://minecraft.net/download
- Click «Download Minecraft.dmg»
- Once downloaded, open the Minecraft.dmg disk image
- Drag the «Minecraft.app» application to your Applications folder
- Eject the Minecraft.dmg disk image
- Run Minecraft.app from your Applications folder and enter your administrator password when requested
- Minecraft launcher will launch, download the latest version and then present you with the Minecraft login screen
- Use your Minecraft login (a paid account from Mojang is required) and you’ll be playing Minecraft.
NOTE: This new version does NOT require you to install Java separately like it did in the past. Therefore, if you are getting prompted to install Java, then you are using an OLD version of the installer. You should uninstall all standalone versions of Java from your Mac, and then follow the instructions above.

No. Standalone Java installs are no longer needed for the Mac or Windows versions of Minecraft. The new installers for Minecraft for Mac, and the portable .exe version for Windows actually include a bundled and optimized version of Java. This not only allows it to be automatically updated as part of the launcher but also means that Mac and Windows users that had Java installed on there machines in the past just to play Minecraft can now uninstall it completely and far more secure.

hi eric thanks for the quick response . i noticed afterwards it was an old thread so didn’t count on getting one . it seems i need more help then i thought , i went on to d/l minecraft anyway but it won’t install . its saying i have version mac os x 10.7.2 and i need 10.8 or later . i went on to install updates overnight and tried again but i think i need to buy the new software . trying to get directed to the store and finding what i need is proving challenging for some reason and i’m completely out of touch with apple products . also when i D/L mine craft said i had a free windows 10 version of mine craft , iv only just bought this macbook refurbished but certain it had windows 10 yet dont now how to check and can’t seem to get the windows 10 mine craft version in my sights but one thing at a time if you or anyone could help direct me to the right software and go from there i would appreciate it . thanks
