STEP 1.
Unzip STEAM parts 1-15 using Keka and extract the ISO wherever you like.
STEP 2(a)
Mount (open) the ISO image and drag the Spectrasonics folder from inside the ISO to wherever you want it to live. This can be an external drive, but for convenience use the default location «
STEP 2(b)
Use the application «BatChmod» to give write permission to your newly created Spectrasonics folder and all subfolders/files.
STEP 3 (optional)
Create an alias to the Spectrasonics Folder which should be placed at the location in STEP 2. if you have not placed the actual Spectrasonics folder there.
STEP 4
No step 4 on MacOS.
STEP 5
Unzip Step 5 archive (do not change the folder hierarchy!) and double-click the .pkg installer file. You will need an admin password to install, as usual. DO NOT start Omnisphere yet.
STEP 6(a)
1. Unzip Step 6 archive and run Keygen App.
2. Move the VST and AU plugins from «Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/(Components/VST)» to a new folder with write access.
3. PATCH the all the Omnisphere VST and AU plugins. Patch means click the «Patch» button in the keygen and direct it to the plugins; a dialog will open requiring you to point to the plugin you want to patch. The Keygen App will see the Mac plugin as just another folder. What you need to patch is inside the plugin; «plugin(seen as a folder)/Contents/MacOS/Omnisphere».
4. Move the plugins back into their respective folders; «Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/(Components/VST)».
STEP 6(b)
Run Omnisphere in the Applications folder. It may take a while to load the first time. Do not panic. Be patient, after a while the Omnisphere registration window will open and provide you with a Challenge Code.
STEP 6(c)
Copy and paste (using right-click!) the Challenge Code into the Keygen’s Challenge Code window.
STEP 6(d)
Press the GENERATE button and copy the generated Response Code. You can right-click and choose «Copy» if you’re doing this in the keygen on the Mac. It will copy to the Mac clipboard.
STEP 6(e)
Paste the copied Response Code into the Omnisphere’s Response Code Line by pressing the Paste tab. After this operation the key generator is no longer is needed.
STEP 6(f)
Press the Continue tab and when the next window appears, quit the Omnisphere application.
STEP 7
Unzip Step 7 archive (do not change the folder hierarchy!) and run the Omnisphere 2 Data Updater.pkg (Soundsource update) in the Mac folder. Your admin password will be required.
STEP 8
Unzip Step 8 archive (do not change the folder hierarchy!) and run the Omnisphere Data Updater.pkg (Patch library update) in the Mac folder. Your admin password will be required.
STEP 9
Unzip Step 9 archive (do not change the folder hierarchy!) and run Bob Moog Tribute Patch Library.pkg (Bob.Moog.Tribute.Patch.Library.Update) in the Mac folder. Your admin password will be required.
STEP 10
Run Omnisphere. You should be good to go.

Omnisphere 2 is available as a download for registered users through our Webstore/Techshop. Once you download Omnisphere 2 via the Download Manager, follow this set of instructions to install it on your Mac system. You’ll need roughly 128GB of free space available on your hard drive in order to continue (64GB for Omnisphere and 64GB for the downloaded installer, which can be removed, later).
NOTE : These screen shots are taken in macOS 10.15 (Catalina). Prior versions of macOS may have different options when installing.
Omnisphere 2 Installation
1. Open the folder “Omnisphere 2 Installation.”
2. Open the Mac folder, then double-click “Omnisphere 2 Installer.pkg” to begin the installation.
3. Double-click the file “Omnisphere 2 Installer.pkg.” The installer might need to quit and reopen to ensure support for older versions of OS X, so just click “OK.”
4. Follow the steps as you’re guided through the installation process. Make sure to review the Installation Info and Licensing FAQ . Then at the “Destination Select” step, choose the option “Install for all Users of this computer.” After the Installation Type information you’ll enter your system password to start the installation process.
5. The plug-in files will then be installed on your Mac’s system drive.
6. Next, at the Preparation step, you’ll select where to install the large Core Library files. By default they will be installed to your system drive or you can choose a secondary drive by selecting the button “Choose Location.”
7. The large data files will now be copied to your selected drive. Allow for 30–60 minutes to install all of the data.
8. After the installation is complete, select “Close.” Now it’s time to open Omnisphere 2 in your host and authorize it.

Что делать если пишет Omnisphere installation is not finished
Все установилось запускаю omnispher не видит сами папки а звуки воспроизводит как быть
Я поставил омнисферу, всё как положено. С рабочего стола нормально запускается, а когда в фл запускаешь, то требует ввести ключ. Ввожу, перезапускаю и опять требует ключ… как это исправить?
У меня такое в аблетоне было. По ходу с рабочего стола запускается через C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\plug-ins\64bit потому я просто скопировал оттуда Omnisphere.dll в первоначально задуманную папку с плагинами и пошло.
у меня эта проблема ушла когда я повторил 6 пункт, лично у меня заново пропатчился файл Omnisphere.dll по пути C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\plug-ins\64bit
а что делать если не хватает места на диске С&?
Доброго времени суток, при установке следовал всем пунктам, представленным выше, открываю Омник в DAW, в моём случае это FL Studio, после открытия Омника мне рисуют ошибку – This Spectrasonics data was created by a newer version of the plugin. It may not load proprerly
После прочтения можно понять, что ему нужно обновление библиотеки, которое мы произвели восьмым пунктом, но как я понимаю его не прозошло, подскажите, пожалуйста, в чём сложность
Здравствуйте. Попробуйте еще раз. У меня такое было, файл плохо пропатчился. Я переустановил сам плагин, без библиотек, и заново пропатчил и активировал.
Нету там никакого exe файла, что делать?
1. Распаковать файл 20180906_120200.iso, после чего можно его(файл 20180906_120200.iso) удалить. В итоге у вас должна получиться папка Spectrasonics с таким содержимым. Поместить её в удобное для вас место(
83Гб). Содержание кириллицы неприемлемо!
2. Из папки x64 скопировать файл Omnisphere.dll в папку где располагаются Ваши плагины(x64). Например: C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins
3. Перейти по пути C:\ProgramData (папка ProgramData является скрытой по умолчанию в Windows. Необходимо в настройках включить отображение скрытых файлов и папок)
Создать папку Spectrasonics в папке ProgramData. В этой папке(Spectrasonics) создаем ярлык на папку STEAM (необходимо выбрать путь куда вы сохранили основную папку Spectrasonics из раздачи и в ней выбрать именно папку STEAM)
4. Запустить из папки Software Update 2.5.0d файл Omnisphere Software Update.exe и установить обновление
5. Отключить антивирус для того чтобы пропатчить файлы Omnisphere.dll
6. Из папки Software Update 2.5.0d запустить Spectrasonics KeyGen.exe (от имени администратора) и нажмите кнопку PATCH. Перейдите в открывшемся окне по пути куда Вы скопировали файл Omnisphere.dll и открыть его в KeyGen. Через несколько секунд должна появиться в KeyGen надпись: Successfully patched!
Не закрывая KeyGen ещё раз нажать PATCH и выбрать Omnisphere.dll по пути C:\ProgramData\Spectrasonics\plug-ins\64bit. Закрываем KeyGen.
7. Запустить Omnisphere с ярлыка на рабочем столе. При первом запуске Omnisphere может пройти 5-10 минут(зависит от скорости HDD), пока Omnisphere будет создавать нужные файлы для работы, т.ч. до появления полноценного окна ничего не предпринимайте.
Появится окно с регистрацией Omnisphere из которого необходимо скопировать Challenge Code нажав на кнопку COPY.
Запускаем снова KeyGen.
Вставляем скопированный Challenge Code в KeyGen в такую же строку Challenge Code и нажимаем кнопку GENERATE.
Сгенерируется серийный номер в KeyGen, который необходимо скопировать и вставить в окно регистрации Omnisphere в строку Response Code нажав кнопку PASTE(См.pic). KeyGen более нам не нужен, закрываем его.
Далее нажать кнопку CONTINUE и в появившемся следующем окне регистрации Omnisphere будет указано, что плагин необходимо перезагрузить. Перезагружаем, чтобы убедиться в активации, после чего закрываем.
8. Из папки Patch Library Update v2.5.1c\Windows установить файл Omnisphere 2 Data Updater.exe
Всё. Можете использовать Omnisphere в своём DAW.
Что делать если на 6м этапе пишет :File is write protected . Всю защиту вырубил
