I spent 3 hours on it but now It’s installed.
scanner and printer are working well.
i tried several methods i found in internet.
for the printer
the last method that work for me was to install manually the device as printer.
my device was available so i add it.
before that i installed 32 bit version.
I don t know if both version are the same.

I bought a Konica Minolta PagePro 1380 MF last year, it is really a very good 3 in 1 printer. However, recently when i upgraded my PC to Window 10, i found that no driver can support this printer. I did make call to DELL computer and
also Konica Minolta Malaysia, they did try to assist me but finally they also give up ! My question is, when can i get
the driver which able to run with Window 10 ?? Or any other alternative way ? What do you mean by «Compatibility Mode» ? Please help. thank you from Lim

1. Download PP1380MFALLWin_139MU driver the from official website ( http://download6.konicaminolta.eu/konmin/servlet/KonMinMaster?path=../search.jsp&mode=show&document=332507 )
2. Run Setup.exe to install the driver (the printer driver will be placed to C:\Program Files (x86)\LINKMAGIC\Printer\x64)
3. Reboot computer with disabled driver signature enforcement ( http://www.howtogeek.com/167723/how-to-disable-driver-signature-verification-on-64-bit-windows-8.1-so-that-you-can-install-unsigned-drivers/ )
4. Open Device Manager, find your printer device and manually install drivers from C:\Program Files (x86)\LINKMAGIC\Printer\x64

Have you got 32b or 64b w10 system?
