kx tes 824 packing cartoon inside you will get one cd if you go to inside file you will get .exe file

The are several Panasonic PBX softwares on http://www.wanetelecoms.com

They even offer Remote programming services for several devices.

If you have already recorded an outgoing message,

On the maintenance concole go to program number 7.1

i.e 7.Disa >> 1.Automated Attendant
Under DISA incoming dial mod, check with AA and select your outgoing message number

Imam problem sa povezivanjem na KX-TES824 I prijavljuje mi ” Cannot open Com port 00cc3502h” pa me interesuje da li si uspeo da se povežeš preko USB na central.

I was download and try to install these driver on laptop with windows 7 64 bit, but this did not pass.
I dont know where I was wrong so please if you can make an detail explanation how to install these driver for USB connection.
When I try to connect to PBX with Console I get a message “Cannot open Com port 00c73502h”

i tried to connect my lap top to tx-tem824 with maintenance console.its possible with usb port but with RS232 i have this error : Cannot open Com port 00cc3502h.

I receive the message “Cannot connect with the PBX of this firmware version or model type. (01213507H)””.
I have installed the console V3.0 in a Windows XP and have connected the PBX using a RS232 cable.

Some forums indicate that the console software is not compatible with the current firmware, so should I install a newer or older console software and where to download them?, that’s my problem.

i have using this Maintenance console V 3.0 with my Panasonic KX TEM 824. first i have reset the PABX and then i will connect to tha PABX with Maintenance console V 3.0. after this my friend call me on line phone and PABX will received auto call after 2 second and all extension number are ringing on incoming call.

please help me how can solve this problem.

YOU CAN GO TO PROGRAM THROUGH TELEPHONE MAIN TELEPHONE EXTENSION NUMBER 101 FIRST PORT YOU CAN CONNECT WITH MAIN TELEPHONE AFTER THAT YOU CAN GO TO PROGRAME *#1234 AFTER THAT PRESS SPEAKER THEN GO THE PROGRAMING NUMBER 405, 406,407,408 409 410 WHICH EXTENSION ENABLE OUTGOING YOU CAN SELECT THAT PORT ENABLE IF YOU NOT GOING THAT EXTENSION YOU CAN SELECT THAT PORT DISABLE AFTER PRESS STORE.

Daniel, is your PBX new?. What is the Mode and Brand(Panasonic?)
You are trying to connect to a PBX with a newer firmware version.

You need a later version of the Maintenance console to connect to your PBX

Also note the CODE you select during installation of the Maintenance console.

Assuming your PBX is KX-TES824XX

What is in the place of XX?, is it BX, CN , NE or other.

Thanks a lot! You saved me! It didn’t work from the first time. I had to manually install the driver (Device Manager – KX824 – Update driver) on Win 7. And everything’s working fine now.

Espero me puedas ayudar por favor, mi caso es el siguiente tengo un conmutador KX-ta308 el cual quiero registrar las llamadas mediente hyperterminal ya hice mil veces(literal) los cables con la siguiente configuracion:
2 ———————————————3
3 ———————————————2
4 ———————————————6
5 ———————————————5
7———————————————-8
8 ———————————————7

y no me manda nada de nada, lo probe ya en dos conmutadores del mismo modelo y nada.

Ayer baje el programer para ver si mediante este programa puedo mandar algo de datos y lo que me hizo el conmutador que cuando le digo conectar el conmjtador se apaga, se apaga el telefono que uso para programar y despues el conmutador empieza a apagarce y prenderse.

quisiera que me ayudaras a darme tips de que es lo que meesta fallando.

El conmutador tiene entrada DB) macho y la pc solo tambien tiene un cam y es macho por lo que el cable es de db9-db9 los dos hembras.

Tu configuracion es correcta, pero debes soldar las placas de aluminio digamos el “cable” 9 de chasis a chasis metalico del DB9

Hi Daneil, thanks alot for your effort.
I connected successfully to kx-tes824 but i couldn’t connect to KX-TEA308CE and the message error is (cannot connect with the PBX of this firmware version or model type… ) appreciate if you can help me to solve this issue. Please note that I connected using USB. In maintenance consul I choose model type (CE).

Can I Ask Somebody a Question?

1. How do I know if the KX-TES824 is Functioning normally?
2. How to properly use this KX-TES824?
3. How to Reset this KX-TES824?
4. How do i connect this KX-TES824 in his mobile when he is not in the office?

because my boss is asking me a favor to fix all the wires that is connected in the KX-TES824 and I don’t have an idea about this machine. Because it is my first time to saw this and encounter this machine. Can Somebody willing to help or assist me please. THANKS in Advance.

Alguien puede ayudar en la instalacion de una central panasonic tes 824, no puedo conectarme desde la pc hacia la PABX me aparece error 00C73502H, tambien error 01213507H. He instalado sobre dos notebook una con windows 7 professional 64 bits, otra con xp. Pero no funciona en ninguna de las dos si a alguien le funciono por favor le agradeceria me pasen la data. desde ya muchas gracias

I am an IT infrastructure admin in a company and I have inherited a Panasonic KX-TDA15 telephone system.

I have installed the driver correctly but I now get an ‘Application not found’ error.

The PBX is in a satellite office so I basically copied the the PBX unified application from another PC in the main office as I don’t have an installation file. When I run the the PBXUnified.exe I get the error ‘Application not found’.

Is there a website I can download the PBX Unified manager software?

I’d be grateful if anyone can help me with this.

Acabo de realizar la instalación del driver en windows 10 64bits y funciona perfectamente con el driver para windows 7 64bits, también instale la consola de programación V3.0 en el mismo windows 10 y funciona muy bien, voy a empezar a configurar la central telefónica, GRACIAS, GRACIAS, GRACIAS.

I have Panasonic KX-TDA 100D PBX. I tried to connect through my windows 8.1 through USB. Have drivers copied in Laptop. In device manager, driver shows in others category. I updated the driver. Still not able to access. Is win 8 a supported platform for connecting to KX-100D, I mean are there any usb drivers for connecting to pBX through win 8.1.

Also, I tried to connect through XP which is installed in VMWare. Installed XP usb drivers, still saying “error driver soft not found”
But in windows 8 it gives a different error. It says “invalid password or model type not supported. But I know I have maintenance console for KX-100D and proper drivers.

Do anyone have usb drivers for Windows 8.1 to connect to PBX KXTDA100D. I’m not sure if I can access it through Win 8.
Password is still default.
