De juiste software voor uw product vinden

1. Typ in het zoekveld het modelnummer van uw product of zoek uw product door te zoeken op categorie.

Als u het zoekveld gebruikt om uw product te vinden, is de ondersteuningspagina het eerste resultaat. Zoekt u op categorie en hebt u uw product geselecteerd, dan wordt u automatisch naar de ondersteuningspagina voor het desbetreffende product geleid.

Vergelijk het versienummer van de aangeboden software met de versie die al op uw product is geïnstalleerd om te controleren of een software-update nodig is. Tip: u vindt de huidige softwareversie in de menu’s van de meeste producten. Voor TV’s selecteert u doorgaans Menu > Instellingen > Software > Huidige software om de huidige softwareversie te achterhalen. Instructies over hoe u dit doet, vindt u in de installatie-instructies voor de software (op dezelfde pagina als de software).

Als er een nieuwere versie beschikbaar is in het ondersteuningsgedeelte, downloadt u het bestand en slaat u het op uw computer op. Opmerking: de software-update is meestal een gecomprimeerd zipbestand, waarvoor speciale software is vereist om het bestand uit te pakken (bijv. Winzip of WinRar).
