Причины проблем с установкой Windows 10

Поскольку причин того, что инсталляция Виндовс 10 завершится ошибкой достаточно много и описать все просто невозможно, правильно было бы рассмотреть наиболее частые поводы неудач при установке системы и возможные варианты решения этих проблем.

Несоответствие ПК требованиям ОС Windows

В основном проблемы при установке новой операционной системы возникают из-за несоответствия аппаратных ресурсов требованиям, необходимым для инсталляции Windows 10. И так, на официальном сайте Microsoft описаны следующие требования к ПК.

• Тактовая частота процессора: не менее 1 ГГц;
• Не менее 1 ГБ оперативной памяти для 32-х разрядной версии продукта и не менее 2 ГБ для 64-х разрядной системы;
• На жестком диске должно быть, как минимум 20 ГБ свободного пространства;
• Разрешение экране 800 х 600 или выше;
• Поддержка видеокартой DirectX 9 и наличие драйверов WDDM;
• Доступ к сети интернет.

Если Ваш ПК не соответствует необходимым параметрам, то во время установки система сообщит Вам какой критерий не выполняется. Исходя из этого, проблема этого типа решается заменой неподходящего аппаратного компонента.

Проблемы с загрузочным носителем или CD, DVD-приводом

Часто виной тому, что процесс установки Виндовс 10 завершается сбоем, является то, что загрузочный диск или флешка неисправны, либо они неверно записаны. Многие неопытные пользователи совершают ошибку при создании загрузочного носителя и записывают его обычным копированием, что в итоге приводит к тому что не работает загрузчик системы. Причиной неудачи при установке Виндовс 10 может стать настройка BIOS, а точнее неверно настроенный механизм выставления приоритета загрузки. Для инсталляции операционной системы он должен быть выставлен с первоочередным приоритетом загрузки DVD-диска или флеш-носителя.

Проблемы с жестким диском

Windows 10 может не установиться на жёсткий диск персонального компьютера или ноутбука если он поврежден. В таком случае, если проблема проявилась еще до того момента, как произошел процесс форматирования жесткого диска со старой операционной системой, необходимо провести диагностику винчестера с помощью специального программного обеспечения:

Отсутствие подключения к сети Интернет

Если инсталляция новой операционной системы Виндовс 10 происходит не в автономном режиме, а как обновление от более старой версии к новой, то без подключения к Интернету возникнет ошибка установки. Варианты решения проблемы: либо обеспечить доступ ПК к сети, либо инсталлировать операционную систему в автономном режиме.

После установки виндовс 10 и первом входе в систему у меня мигает заставка «добро пожаловать», периодически сменяясь на чёрный экран.

Доброго дня! У меня вот такая проблема. Обновляю Windows 7 32bit до Windows 10 64bit с официального сайта Microsoft через программу установки и каждый раз при завершении установки появляется надпись «Ошибка загрузки Windows 10».

Здравствуйте! У этой проблемы куча возможных причин. Вам нужно просмотреть логи ошибки, которые создает установщик в ходе ошибки. Файл с логами находится в этой папке C:\$Windows.

Вот такая надпись: 0*80004005-0*1000А. DOWNLEVEL PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT.

А еще какие-то надписи есть? Можете залить лог-файл на какое-то облачное хранилище (Google Диск/Яндекс.Диск и др.) и скинуть сюда ссылку, чтобы можно было целиком просмотреть?

Очень странная ситуация, если честно. Эта ошибка почти никак не характеризирует возникшую проблему, поэтому выводы можно сделать лишь поверхностные: для скачивания, распаковки и установки десятки на жестком диске недостаточно свободного места (20 ГБ — самый минимум для этой операции); скачиванию каким-то образом препятствует любой активный на ПК антивирус или встроенный/сторонний брандмауэр; имеются проблемы со стабильностью интернет-соединения.

Если вы уверены, что все вышеперечисленные причины не влияют на скачивание обновления, попробуйте сперва удалить папки, расположенные по следующим адресам: C:\$Windows

BT и C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download (в качестве альтернативы радикальному решению, хотя оно и безопасное, можете переименовать эти папки, чтобы в случае возможных проблем можно было вернуть им прежнее имя и работоспособность).
Дополнительно могу посоветовать воспользоваться bat-файлом по этой ссылке, который исправляет ошибки обновлений (вам нужно просто запустить его). Если не доверяете подобным действиям, не выполняйте этот шаг.

Дополнительно к предыдущим советам можете использовать встроенное в Windows «Средство устранения неполадок», открывающееся через «Панель управления» в режиме крупных или мелких значков (в этом Средстве есть раздел «Система и безопасность» > «Центр обновления Windows»), чтобы проверить наличие возможных ошибок и устранить их. После этого выполните «чистую загрузку»: нажмите клавиши Win + R, напишите msconfig и нажмите «ОК». В открывшемся окне переключитесь на «Выборочный запуск», поставьте галочку рядом с пунктом «Загружать элементы автозагрузки». Далее зайдите на вкладку «Службы», нажмите «Отключить все». Перезагрузитесь, попробуйте заново обновиться через ту программу, которую использовали ранее.

Your device may not be able to update to the latest version of Windows 10 for a few reasons. The following tips can help you pinpoint the issue affecting your device.

Before you begin, make sure your device is plugged into a power source and connected to the internet. Then, try the steps listed below to get your PC to update.

Some updates require administrator access. If your account doesn’t have administrator access, see Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10. Or if someone else at home or in your office has an administrator account on your device, try asking them to install the updates.

Before trying any of the solutions below, make sure you back up your personal files. You can use File History to back up your files to another drive, or insert a USB drive and use File Explorer to drag and copy important files to the USB drive. If you’re signing into Windows with a Microsoft account, your system settings will be automatically restored after updating, once you’re connected to the internet.

Make sure that your device has enough space. Your device requires at least 16 GB of free space to upgrade a 32-bit OS, or 20 GB for a 64-bit OS. If your device has a small hard drive, you may need to insert a USB drive to update it.

Many updates require you to restart your device. Save your work and close all open applications. Then, select Start > Power , and select either Update and restart or Update and shut down.

Warning: Microsoft only recommends trying the procedures in this section if you’re comfortable working in the command line. These procedures require administrator permissions on your device.

In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, then select Run as administrator from the list of options. Select Yes. Next, in the window that appears, type the following commands one at a time, including the spaces as shown. After you type each command, press Enter. Then let each command complete before you type the next command.

After all these commands are completed, close the Command Prompt window and restart your computer.

In some instances, third-party antivirus or security software can cause errors when you try to update to the latest version of Windows 10. You can temporarily uninstall this software, update your PC, and then reinstall the software after your device is up to date. We recommend using third-party antivirus or security software that’s compatible with the latest version of Windows 10. You can check compatibility by visiting the software manufacturer’s website.

Note: Before uninstalling software, make sure you know how to reinstall your programs and that you have any necessary product keys.

In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, and then select Run as administrator from the list of options. Select Yes. In the window that appears, type the following command, including the space as shown:
chkdsk/f C:
and then press Enter. Repairs will automatically start on your hard drive, and you’ll be asked to restart your device.

A clean restart starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update that may cause issues updating your PC.

In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, then select Run as administrator from the list of options.

In the window that appears, type this command including spaces as shown:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Press Enter. When the command operation has run successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message from Command Prompt that says, “The restore operation completed successfully” or “The operation completed successfully”.
Note: If you don’t see a confirmation message, retype the command and try again.

Next, type this command, including the space as shown:
sfc /scannow

Press Enter. Wait until the sfc scan verification reaches 100% completion, and then close Command Prompt.

Try running the Windows Update again.

Go to the software download page and select Download tool now to download the clean installation tool. Make sure to carefully read the notes on the software download page before using the tool.
