transitioning a home network from windows home server to windows server 2012 essentials: So far, very impressed. One small glitch in using my eikon finger print reader/upek protector suite 2012 with the domain client. Client machine is Windows 8 Pro (64 bit). Finger print reader works has worked well (and continues to) on the local client. Even after installing the software on the server client and telling it to log me into the domain, however, swiping my finger logs me into the local client, not the domain.

If I log in as the domain user and attempt to use the finger print reader to log onto a password-protected web site, I suddenly find myself logged into the local client instead.

I can always log the local machine into the domain, of course, but not having things the way I want bugs me.

Any thoughts appreciated.

ack does work i been doing this for 6 years, what must do on domain set gpo alow this kind athencation,

now once u tested got working, chage password to 256 bit password, dont forget to update the clients software, why simple u hack a 20 dig password u cant hack 256 k password . nor can be just type in

administiotion should be disabled with password. i cant say this strong enfouf do not disable any account untill a very stong password is added,

why by remote power shell account be turn back on with unknow password they cant hack account is useless, best is just rename the account to something never guss like DI9d9sksl(Okl as admin name

why usernames are much like passwords if u dont know ueser names u cant hack account,

i had this software running on 2012 server 2016 just fine, them say may not work has never tryed it

or dont know how try it, eather case dose work i use it on all my servers and laptops in fack my laptop will not boot with out figer print, i meen u cant get in bios u cant do nothing replaceing harddrive changes nothing, its all in bios. pluss side of this makes laptop worthless

Дорогие друзья, мне кажется, что только ленивый не выпускает программы для удаления из Windows 10 шпионских модулей, теперь компания SoftOrbits решила заявить о себе в этой области, хотя до этого я знал о ней как о разработчике всяких графических приложений. В любом случае перед вами Privacy Protector for Windows, минусом сразу можно назвать вот какие моменты, относительно большой вес для программ такого типа, если смотреть на аналоги, то многие почти ничего не весят, плюс она стоит денег, а именно 20 долларов. Я понятия не имею, чем она реально лучше других бесплатных программ для удаления шпионских фишек в Windows 10, но за 20 долларов она должна быть мега функциональной и бесплатные рядом не должны стоять, иначе зачем платить деньги?

На официальном сайте пишут, что программа подойдет и для Windows 7/8/8.1 — собственно я запустил ее на 7 и поэтому в настройках я был сильно ограничен, как видите их не так много, если у вас 10 версия, то меню будет гораздо богаче. Наличие Русской поддержки конечно радует, разработчикам за это спасибо. Из того, что я мог выполнить на своей ОС, это удаление клавиатурных шпионов и телеметрию, мог отключить шпионские задачи и службы, а также заблокировать шпионские домены компании. Если у вас Windows 10, то вы сможете удалить или отключить все Metro приложения, сможете вырубить Windows Defender, отключить Cortana, сможете отключать телеметрию в Microsoft Office, можно вырубить Bing поиск и так далее.

В целом вот такая перед вами программа, тестируйте Privacy Protector for Windows 10, пишите свое мнение, буду рад почитать, всем спасибо за внимание!
