Naw bro. Not for MAC, and probably will never be for MAC. You really should think about getting yourself a gaming PC if you are into PC gaming.
I use MAC for work and PC for personal. You should consider the same.

you can get it through Bootcamp. It runs fine on medium settings and a lower resolution. I use a Mac for work/school and have Bootcamp on for a few games when I’m traveling

Bring back Steve Jobs from the grave and ask him why Apple loves to be such a restricted OS. Oh wait, I can tell you why, they love money and love to control every aspect about their products, thus if Apple cant make money from the 3rd party apps good luck seeing it on OSX.
Devs who are able to port games to OSX are always at a loss, be happy for the ones who took the extra time and effort and move on.
