Обычная перезагрузка

Для начала рассмотрим случай, когда просто нужно перезагрузить Виндовс Фон, который работает нормально, без ошибок. Для этого нужно нажать и удерживать кнопку блокировки до появления на экране надписи «Сдвиньте вниз, чтобы выключить», после чего потянуть вниз шторку и дождаться выключения смартфона. Далее следует зажать кнопку блокировки, пока телефон не запустится.

Принудительная перезагрузка

В случае, если смартфон завис «намертво», потребуется перезагрузить Windows 10 Mobile с помощью так называемого мягкого или жесткого сброса. Первый вариант позволяет перезапустить аппарат без потери пользовательских данных, второй выполняет перезагрузку и сброс телефона к заводским настройкам.

Чтобы произвести софт ресет, необходимо зажать и удерживать кнопки блокировки и уменьшения громкости до появления вибрации. Смартфон перезапустится и будет функционировать в своем нормальном режиме.

Чтобы выполнить хард ресет, нужно зажать и удерживать кнопки блокировки и уменьшения громкости до появления вибрации. Далее необходимо зажать клавишу уменьшения громкости, пока на дисплее не появится символ «!». После этого требуется поочередно нажать клавиши увеличения громкости, уменьшения громкости, включения, уменьшения громкости. Это запустит процесс отката смартфона к заводским настройкам.

Fix: Windows 10 Phone Is Stuck in a Reboot Loop

Build 10080 of Windows 10 Mobile, like most of the other builds of the Operating System, was far from stable and caused a number of different problems on the Windows Phones that were updated to it. The most significant of the many issues that came with build 10080, however, was undoubtedly the fact that many Windows Phones got stuck in a reboot loop shortly after they were updated to build 10080. Fortunately though, if your Windows Phone is stuck in a reboot loop after being upgraded to build 10080, you can use the following methods to try to get the device out of the reboot loop or (if that doesn’t work) restore it back to the version of Windows Mobile that was previously running on your device:

Method 1: Perform a Hard Reset Using the Hardware Keys

When a Windows Phone is in a reboot loop and keeps on rebooting constantly, you (obviously) can’t access the software menus that can be used to reset it. However, what you can do is perform a hard reset on the device using its hardware keys. First and foremost, you need to get the device to power down completely; removing and reinserting its battery should do fine. Once you have powered the device off, you need to:

Press and release the Power This will make the device vibrate.

As soon as the device vibrates, press and hold down the Volume Down

Release the Volume Down button when an exclamation mark appears on the screen.

Press the following buttons one at a time in the exact same order:

Volume Up > Volume Down > Power > Volume Down

The device will then vibrate, reboot, show the Nokia flash screen and then go to the spinning gears install screen. Once the spinning gears process completes, the device will be reset and taken out of the reboot loop.

Method 2: Recover Your Device using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool

If Method 1 does not work for you, the only other solution you can try to fix a Windows Phone that is stuck in a reboot loop after installing build 10080 of Windows 10 Mobile is to recover the device using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool (WPRT) and revert it to the version of Windows Mobile it was running on before the update to build 10080. WPRT is a revolutionary software tool that Windows Phone users can use to recover their devices after something goes wrong following an update or a clean install. To recover a Windows Phone using WPRT, you need to:

Download the Windows Phone Recovery Tool and install it on a computer.

Connect the affected Windows Phone to the computer via USB.

If WPRT fails to detect and recognize the Windows Phone and does not start downloading and installing the right drivers automatically, click on Phone Not Detected and follow the onscreen instructions that follow.

Once the required drivers are downloaded and installed, WPRT should successfully detect and recognize the device. When the program does detect your device, follow the onscreen instructions that follow.

WPRT will then start downloading the latest update for the device connected to the computer. Let WPRT do so.

Once the Windows Phone Recovery Tool has downloaded the latest update, simply follow the onscreen instructions and the program will start recovering your device.

WPRT will recover the device, reset it and then boot it up, after which you can start setting it up.

Fix: Your Phone App is not working in Windows 10

Some Windows 10 users are complaining about a problem with the Your Phone application on Windows 10. According to them, the notification features as well as the automatic syncing process is not working on their computer. If you are facing the similar kind of problem with Your Phone, don’t worry. Just follow these solutions on your computer and the problem should be over in no time. But before going ahead, make sure to attempt some simpler work arounds for this problem.

Initial workarounds–

1. Check the battery level of your smartphone and do the same for the laptop. Enabling battery saver mode in any of these device may restrict background activity which in turn hampers the performance of Your Phone.

2. If this is the first time you are facing this problem, reboot the phone and the computer and check if the problem solved.

3. Check if there is any updates are pending for Your Phone in Microsoft Store. Update the application if required.

4. Make sure ‘Do not Disturb‘ option is disabled on your phone. Along with that, notifications for ‘Your Phone’ are enabled on your phone.

If any of these workarounds didn’t work out for you, go for these fixes on your computer

Fix-1 Enable Share across devices-

1. Click on the Search box, just beside the Windows icon and type “Share across devices“. Now, click on “Share across devices” in the elevated search result.

2. Under Shared Experiences in Settings window, toggle the “Shared across devices” to “ON“.

Now, check if the Your Phone is working or not.

Fix-2 Check if you are using the same Microsoft account-

If you are not using the same Microsoft account on both of Your Phone and Your Phone Companion application you may face this problem.

To check ‘Account’ setting in Your Phone on your phone-

1. Open “Your Phone Companion” on your phone.

2. Now, tap on the gear shaped icon on the top right corner.

3. Now, tap on the “Accounts” to open the account settings on your phone.

4. Now you will be able to see the Microsoft account you are logged in with on your Your Phone along with the gmail address.

Close Your Phone Companion.

To check ‘Account’ setting on your computer-

1. Press Windows key+I to open Settings. Now, click on “Accounts“.

2.On the left hand side click on “Your info“. You will be able to see Microsoft account with which you have logged in.

Now, check if the account you have seen on Your Phone app and the account on your Windows 10 device are the same or not. If they are not same-

a. Log out from your account in Your Phone Companion application.

b. Log in with the account which you are using on Windows 10.

Your problem should be solved.

Fix-3 Use Windows App troubleshooter-

Using Windows application troubleshooter may fix the problem for you.

1. Press Windows key+I to open Settings window. Now, click on “Update & Security” in Settings window.

2. In the Settings window, click on “Troubleshoot” on the left hand side. Scroll down in Settings window and click on “Windows Store Apps” and click on “Run the Troubleshooter“.

3. The troubleshooter will run on your computer and it will detect any kind of problem of the application and will suggest solutions for the problem. Click on “Next” to attempt the probable solution to your problem.

Your computer might be restarted. After rebooting try to check if the syncing problem is still there or not.

Fix-4 Allow background applications-

If the background running of Your Phone on your computer is disabled, Your Phone won’t work smoothly.

1. Click on the Search box just beside Windows icon and type “background apps“. Now, click on “Background apps” in the elevated search result.

2. Under Background apps on the right hand side of Settings, scroll down to find “Your Phone“. Make sure, Your Phone is toggled to “ON“.

Close Settings window on your computer.

Reboot your computer. After rebooting check if the Your Phone is functioning properly or not.

Fix-5 Reset Your Phone app-

Resetting Your Phone application may work out for you.

1. Press Windows key+I to open Settings. Now, click on “Apps” to open it on your computer.

2. In Settings window, click on the “Apps & features” on the left hand side, and on the right hand side of the same window scroll down and click on “Your Phone“. Now, click on “Advanced options“.

3. In Your Phone settings window, click on “Reset” to reset the application on your computer.

After resetting the application, application should be set to default. Your problem should be solved.

2.9.7393.18819 и ниже на устройствах с загрузчиком Spec A требуют дополнительный FFU от 50 серии. 2.9.7418.37134 и выше — пока неизвестно.

процессоры Snapdragon S4, 400 MSM8230AB

Модели Lumia с данным загрузчиком:

  • 810 (на 8.0 не разблокируется — обновите до 8.1 этими файлами и отпишитесь о результате)
  • большинство 20 серии: 520, 521, 525, 526, 620, 625, 720, 820, 822, 920, 925, 928, 1020/909, 1320

Процесс разблокировки:

  1. Качаем WPInternals последней финальной версии (с оф. сайта, а не тестовую из телеги), на момент написания это 2.8;
  2. Качаем WDRT (DL) / Nokia Care Suite (DL) (он установит драйвера вашего телефона);
  3. Если ваш телефон на версии ОС ниже, чем 8.10.14219.341, крайне рекомендуется обновить через OTC Updater с фиксом.
    Это сделает телефон как совместимым с бо́льшим числом приложений, так и готовым к обновлению до Windows 10 Mobile. Также на некоторых моделях может слететь разблокировка при обновлении ОС (например на 1020), либо при наличии рута обновление может не установиться (например на 520) ;
  4. В папке WPInternals создаём папку Loaders, туда кидаем файлы из архива:
    • Для большинства устройств: Hex_loader.zip ( 1,18 МБ )

      Для 925 : lumiafirmware, Lumia_925_hex.zip ( 175,68 КБ )

    • Для 822 : Lumia_822_hex.zip ( 4,97 КБ )

  5. В папке WPInternals создаём папку SBL3, туда кидаем файлы из архива:
    • SBL3_NoBuggy62x.zip ( 1,07 МБ )

  6. Берём файл прошивки (FFU) в одном из следующих мест:
    • вкладка Download в WPInternals;
    • lumiafirmware (ищем по Product code);
    • если ранее прошивали с помощью WDRT — C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Packages\Products;
    • Сборник официальных прошивок.

  7. Запускаем WPInternals, заходим в Unlock bootloader, указываем по очереди нужные файлы:
    1. FFU;
    2. Loader (папку, нужный файл программа выберет сама);
    3. SBL3 (для 52x/62x/720/1320 от 520, для 928 от 920/925).

  8. Жмём кнопку continue, ждём и радуемся. Даём ОС полностью загрузиться хотя бы раз.
  9. Если нужна установка приложений на WP8.x, получаем рут или интероп (см. Неофициальные разблокировки).

  • 1520, 929/Icon

  • вся 40 серия: 540, 640, 640 XL
  • вся 50 серия: 550, 650 ( см. Баги, п. 8 ) , 950, 950 XL

Процесс разблокировки:

    1. Драйвера для прошивки
      Возможно, скачаются Виндой автоматически, но лучше поставить WDRT (DL) / Nokia Care Suite (DL) для уверенности.

  1. Прошивка вашего телефона в формате FFU
    Источники:
    • вкладка Download в самом WPInternals
    • lumiafirmware
      Product code смотрим в WPInternals, вкладка Info.
      Для 50 серии берём прошивку с поддерживаемой версией ОС: 10.0.10586.107/318/494.
    • Если ранее прошивали аппарат через WDRT, можно взять сохранившуюся прошивку по пути: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Packages\Products.
      Минус — если у вас 50 серия, может быть неподдерживаемая версия ОС (тогда качаем поддерживаемую с lumiafirmware).
