На серверах Windows Server 2012 и Windows Server 2008 SP2 в журнале событий возникает ошибка:

Регистрация сервера DCOM не прошла за отведенное время ожидания.

В чем может быть причина?

Можно проделать следующие шаги,как указанно:

1. Run Regedit to launch Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AppID\].
3. Right click on <84ac6be7-8cf2-4e67-a80e-32acd3d7c381>and select Permissions.
4. Click Advanced button and switch to Owner tab.
5. Highlight Administrators group and click OK
6. Highlight SYSTEM and Administrators group, check the Full Control boxes under Allow and click OK.
7. Run dcomcnfg to launch Component Services.
8. Expand Computers\My Computer\DCOM Config\NAP Agent Service.
9. Right click NAP Agent Service and choose Properties.
10. Switch to Security tab, choose Customize in Launch and Activation permissions label.
11. Highlight SYSTEM, check all the boxes under Allow and click OK to test the issue.

1. In the %windir%/registration folder, make sure that the Everyone group has Read permissions.
2. In the %windir%/registration folder, make sure that the SYSTEM account has Full Control permissions.
3. In the %windir%/registration folder, make sure that the Administrators group has Full Control permissions.
4. In the advanced security properties of the .clb files in the %windir%/registration folder, make sure that the Allow inheritable auditing entries from the parent to propagate to this object and all objects. Include these with entries explicitly defined here option is selected.
5. Make sure that the Everyone group has one of the following permissions:
•Traverse permissions (“List Folder Contents”) on all parent directories, including %systemdrive%, %windir%, and %windir%\registration
•The Bypass traverse checking user right
To assign the Bypass traverse checking user right to the Everyone group, follow these steps:

1. Click Start, click Run, type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.
2. Expand Computer Configuration, expand Windows Settings, expand Security Settings, expand Local Policies, and then expand User Rights Assignment.
3. Right-click Bypass traverse checking, and then click Properties.
4. Click Add User or Group.
5. Type Everyone, and then click OK.

Note: If you receive a message that an object named «Users» cannot be found, click Object Types, click to select the Groups check box, and then click OK two times.

Как вы правильно написали эти ошибки относятся к SkyDrive, на англоязычном форуме один пользователь предложил как вариант решения для тех кто не использует SkyDrive:
Открываем Планировщик заданий > Microsoft > Windows, в списке слева проматываем вниз до папки SkyDrive и нажимаем на нее, с права откроется в окне две задачи, «Idle Sync Maintenance Task» и «Routine Maintenance Task«. Можно их отключить.

Там же написали что это помогло избавится от ошибок, но это подходит тем кто не пользуется SkyDrive.

Так же модератор написал, что отправил рапорт с этой ошибкой разработчикам Майкрософт. Сообщение там было создано 20 Ноября 2013, то есть неделю назад, возможно в следующих обновлениях исправят эту ошибку, а пока можно ее спокойно игнорировать, нечего серьезного для системы она не представляет.

Добрый день, на Сервере 2012 x64 появляется ошибка 10010.

Регистрация сервера <73e709ea-5d93-4b2e-bbb0-99b7938da9e4>DCOM не выполнена за отведенное время ожидания. Установлено AD, DHCP, DNS. Ошибка появляется при запуске диспетчера серверов при этом в панели мониторинга видны только «Локальный сервер» и «Все серверы». После перезагрузки сервера в панели мониторинга появляются также службы AD, DHCP, DNS. Спустя некоторое время ошибка возвращается и в панели мониторинга снова видны только «Локальный сервер» и «Все серверы». Подключение к серверу происходит под учетной записью Администратор.

Нашел ещё одну странность, когда на сервере в одной из служб (Adobe Acrobat Update Service) поменял вход от имени на «Администратор» учетной записи «Администратор» было предоставлено право входа в качестве службы после чего в панели мониторинга снова появились службы AD, DHCP, DNS. и ошибка исчезла. Но помогло это на 2 минуты. После этого снова появилась ошибка 10010 и в панели мониторинга снова исчезли службы AD, DHCP, DNS.

Подскажите как исправить данную ошибку, в чем может быть проблема?

Fixing The server did not register with DCOM within the required timeout Error in Windows 10

There are times when after you upgrade your Windows operating system, the System Logs under the Event Viewer will display an error message saying, “Event ID 10010 error – The server did not register with DCOM within the required timeout”.

What is DCOM? DCOM stands for “Distributed Component Object Model”. It is a proprietary Microsoft technology that allows the Component Object Model or COM software to communicate across a network. You can consider it as an extension of COM which is equipped with the capability of solving a couple of inherent problems related to the COM model to the better use over a network. COM is a tool that’s used for advanced configuration and troubleshooting in Windows 10. Developers usually use it to configure routine component and application behavior like participation in transactions and object pooling and so on.

The Component Services needs the DCOM wire protocol in order to communicate with the Component Object Model components on other computers. By default, in a Windows-based system, the network computers are configured initially to enable DCOM.

There are also some components in Windows that might require registering themselves with DCOM. However, if they fail to do so, you will encounter the “The server did not register with DCOM within the required timeout” error. To fix this, here are some suggestions you can check out.

Option 1 – Try to use the Component Services

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
• Then type “dcomcnfg” in the field and tap Enter to pull up Component Services.
• Next, double click on the Computers folder located in the right pane and right click on My Computer and select the Properties option.

• After that, switch to the COM Security tab under My Computer Properties and then go to the Access Permissions section.
• From there, click the Edit Default button and in the new window that appears, apply the correct permission to objects under the Group or user names section.

• Once you’re done, click OK and exit. This should fix the error.

Option 2 – Make sure that Function Discovery Resource Publication Properties Services is running

• In the Cortana search box, type “services” and click on the Services icon to open the Services Manager. Alternatively, you can also tap the Win + R keys to launch the Run prompt and then type “services.msc” in the field and hit Enter to open the Services Manager.
• Next, scroll down and look for the “Function Discovery Resource Publication” entry and double click on it.

• Then switch to the General tab and from there, make sure that the Startup Type is set to “Manual (Triggered).
• You also have to make sure that the service is running so if it’s not, just click on the Start button to start the service.
• Now click on Apply to save the changes made.

Option 3 – Try resetting the default DCOM permissions

• Tap the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
• Then type “dcomcnfg” in the field and tap Enter to pull up Component Services.
• After that, expand Component Services > Computers and right click on My Computer and then select Properties.
• Next, go to the Default Properties tab and in the Default Distributed COM Communication Properties section, make sure that:
  • Default Authentication Level is set to Connect
  • Default Impersonation Level is set to Identify.

1. Once the installation process is completed, run Restoro to perform a full system scan.
