I have a problem… when downgrading moto x 4.4.4 to 4.4.2, it says:
Failed flashing process. 2/17 flash partition “gpt.bin”

Кладем прошивку в папку с программой RSD Lite.

Затем открываем командную строку и заходим через нее в каталог с программой RSD Lite.
Например, следующим образом:
CD C:
CD Program Files
CD Motorola
CD RSD lite

Затем подключаем телефон и запускаем программу прошивки через командную строку с такими параметрами: SDL.exe -F xxxx.sbf -T 2 (xxxx — заменяем на полное название файла прошивки)

Чтобы упростить работу можно создать ярлык программы с праметрами SDL.exe -F 1.sbf -T 2 и тогда надо будет только кликнуть по ярлыку, чтобы прошиться, только прошивку надо будет переименовывать как «1.sbf». Я бы выложил готовый ярлык, но у меня сейчас нет ни висты ни 7-ки.
