The windows are good

The windows are good and the fitters do an excellent job. Alas I have had to finish the render repair myself.

I am used a company call Safestyle…

I am used a company call Safestyle second time.10 years ago for windows.Now we replaced front and back doors.If we had problem they been soved immediatly.For example cracked one glass in bedroom,changed asap.Fitters working very hard.Even last time was one of the fitter women..Thank you Safestyle.

Product/installation prompt. but

Product and installation prompt, efficient, and the fitters observed Covid prevention requirements to the left yet.

Two comments:
The size of leaded areas of the panes are bigger upstairs than the leaded panes downstairs (which we already had in place). Clearly no precise measurements had been taken.

The scaffolding company you use (NE Scaffolding) broke 3 tiles and left mess on pathways and roof area. Still waiting for them to return and replace tiles.

Shocking company .

After posting on here last week I had an automatic reply from safestyle but yet to hear from them. Been calling everyday to try to get my issue resolved in how they have left the exterior of my house after fitting the windows like other reviews I have read this company do not care once they have the money, I have never experienced so shocking after service taking hard earned money from people they should be ashamed .
Like the message below it’s all just a generated email I think as I from my last review was a week ago and no one has got in touch with us . They have my contact details I’ve called them everyday last week and a manager was supposed to call but never has .

Gaping Holes & Appalling Customer Service

We ordered windows which were installed on 17-19 March 2021. The installation team did a good job until they got to the 2 bay windows(one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor), kitchen windows and french doors. They left gaping holes above the bay windows, broken walls in the kitchen and gaping holes in the wooden frames, and the bay window sills were cut off at the ends with the fascia lifting off. Furthermore, we were asked to provide toilet facilities and water for the installation team — which we did by hiring a portaloo at our cost BUT the installers persisted in using our children’s bathroom putting them at risk. Upon contacting Safestyle, they sent out a surveyor who then told us the repairs would be done on 20 July 2021! Disgraceful! We have emailed and called — and have not received an acknowledgement/response to our emails. We are now unable to progress with the works for which we had booked builders until this situation is resolved.
We cannot recommend Safestyle to anyone — Once they have your money THEY DONT CARE. As members of Which, we have made them aware of our situation and are contacting their legal team for advice. Appalling experience!

Let down for the second time

Let down for the second time. Salesperson not turning up and then trying to send another one in after waiting an hour without notification. I just told them don’t bother!!
