Как восстановить GPS-навигатор на базе процессоров SiRF (AtlasII, AtlasIII, AtlasIV)
Признаки/симптомы слетевшего boot-а:
— нет реакции на кнопку включения;
— зависание навигатора;
— есть реакция на кнопку включения, но ОС не грузится и висит на заставке с логотипом;
— не запускается со вставленной в аппарат SD-флешке;
— при подключении через USB нет никакой реакции, аппарат не определяется;
— и т.д.
Необходимо:
— скачать программу AtlasMgr или SiRFSoCMgr, в зависимости от версии чипа;
— кабель USB-miniUSB с преобразователем RS232, например на PL2303 (Как сделать USB дата-кабель для прошивки);
— скачать программу Terminal (к примеру, Putty, HyperTerminal или DNW);

— разобрать и узнать номер платы, процессор навигатора (ниже приведены фото);
— скачать прошивку для вашего навигатора с наличием загрузчика, согласно модели или номера платы, процессора;
— узнать распиновку для сигналов Rx, Tx, GND. Возможны варианты:
а) сигналы Rx, Tx, GND выведены на саму плату (аппараты Apical);

Инструкция процесса восстановления SiRF Atlas IV
1) Запускаем Terminal и делаем соединение и закрываем;
2) Запускаем программу SiRFSoCMgr и выбираем следующие параметры:
— Transport: RS232
— COM1 (в зависимости на какому порту висит кабель);
— скорость: 9600bps;
— Select chip: Atlas IV/Prima.
3) Нажимаем Open и сразу Reset на навигаторе, после чего должно активироваться окно Update NBOOT.
4) Заливаем в прибор файл NBOOT_menu из родной прошивки; 3bd15dadc7ff.jpg ( 89.37 килобайт ) Кол-во скачиваний: 2072
5) После успешного залития, закрываем программу SiRFSoCMgr, открывал терминальную программу DNW и перегружаем навигатор.
6) В появившемся меню выбираем пункт Lnk UART, закрываем терминальную программу; 4980c3c3fa81.jpg ( 37.49 килобайт ) Кол-во скачиваний: 1471
7) Открываем SiRFSoCMgr на скорости 115200; 80993455ce22.jpg ( 64.42 килобайт ) Кол-во скачиваний: 836
8) Обновляем с помощью доступных там пунктов загрузчики (NBOOT и EBOOT), закрываем SiRFSoCMgr вставляем в прибор SD с родной прошивкой.
Примечание: USB соединение работает, когда навигатор загрузит NBOOT и EBOOT и встанет в ожидании, то есть в окне Terminal-а будет отображаться меню. В некоторых, не во всех, прошивках это есть, надо вовремя загрузки нажать пробел.
9) Подключаем к программе DNW и делаем Reset девайсу. В терминале отслеживаем лог прошивки навигатора.
Примечание:
— Если нет коннекта на скорости 9600, то тогда скорее всего поможет только программатор, либо ваш кабель не работает.
— Если в пункте 9 у вас вместо лога загрузки снова появляется меню nboot, попробуйте выбрать пункт Lnk EBoot, при этом в навигатор должна быть вставлена карточка с прошивкой. Если даже в этом случае прошивка не сартует, то это значит, что пошло что-то не так и Eboot не прошился. В этом случае попробуйте поменять кабель или смените ПК, порт на котором прошиваете.
— Если в пункте 4 прибор пытается прошится, но прошивка останавливается на каком-то этапе, что отслеживается по логу в терминале, то в пункте 2 выбираем сперва 4, а потом уже 8. Далее по инструкции.
Пояснения и общая информация:
1. Для того, чтобы навигаторы коннектились к AtlasMgr/SiRFSoCMgr достаточно перепрошить Nboot положив на карту памяти переименнованный Nboot_Menu (оставляем просто NBOOT) и JBSDOWN.jbs
2. Посмотреть лог загрузки навигатора можно в терминальной программе (DNW, Putty);
3. Файлы Nboot и Nboot_menu отличаются одним байтом;
4. В случае если навигатор совсем не грузится в Terminal-е, то можно попробовать увидеть Nboot меню с предложением выбрать — загрузку EBoot, загрузку Launch NK, Rst TOC, Lnk UART.
Для восстановления таких приборов можно использовать следующую комбинацию:
1) Выбираем в терминалке Rst TOC, потом Lnk UART, потом закрываем терминальную программу.
2) Открываем SiRFSoCMgr устанавливаем нужный COM порт, нажимаем коннект.
3) Становятся активны пункты Update EBoot и Update NBoot.
4) Делаем Update их, вставляем в навигатор SD-карточку с прошивкой и перегружаемся;
5) Должен начаться процесс прошивки аппарата (лог смотрим в терминалке).
5. При подключении к SiRFSoCMgr доступен пункт Dump NaND — с помощью него можно сделать dump по отдельности загрузчики или выбранные блоки. Dump получается в виде двух файлов — в одном данные в другом Spare.
